Software is easy to use. But to install it, I had to use TurboTaxhelp.com instead of "InstallTurboxTax.com" because the page looks very suspicious. I tried multiple attempts to go to InstallTurboxTax.com and i kept getting back webpage.

I WAS SHOCK TO HAVE MY FILING REJECTED DUE TO THE ERROR ON THE HOME ENERGY. I LATER FOUND OUT THAT IT WAS NOT A PROBLEM ON FILING BUT SOMETHING THAT WAS CONTROLED BY TURBOTAX

It concerns me if AI is telling me everything I need to know to do the taxes accurately. I depend on the pop up windows to make sure I fully understand the information.

I have used it for years without problems. I do find keeping track of passwords difficult and spend extra time locating and implementing the security procedures each year.

I found the flow of the topics and questions made sense and kept me on track. I did have an issue with 1099-R box 14 but just continued to ask questions and received the answer - LOOK AT BOC 16.

Buggy from the first step. Makes the simplest things complicated. For example, I’d like to save my tax file to my computer. No easy instructions. Only how to print. I’ve looked online. I’ve looked at Turbo Tax help. stupid

Not very intuitive. Cursor can not be seen. Import of prior years data not accurate. Boxes checked keep getting changed causing extra review steps to correct.

The program still doesn't understand the cost basis for Cash Secured Puts is $0, and requires you to manually enter $0 for each and every one of those transactions.

The investment sections downloads from various institutions is flawed. Quite a bit of required information is left off, and then has to be manually entered. That is not what I expect from a $100+ piece of software

When e-filing a return. The s/w should ask about the IRS IP PIN. I missed that (in Federal > Other Tax Situations) and therefore the return was rejected…. and required a second time after inputting my PIN.
