I found it very difficult to enter a worthless stock transaction for which no 1099-B was received. I excercised ISOs for a private company that went bankrupt. There seems to be no way to enter this information into TurboTax.

Turbo Tax has consistently helped me file my taxes with confidence and accuracy an most of all the maximum refund or lowest amount I have to pay to the IRS.

TurboTax is hard to use, and software support is clueless. A simple credit card entry problem could not be fixed. Makes you wonder what other problems are in the program.

I had to call for help as the Federal Carryover worksheet, that is autocompleted by the turbotax software, would not let me update the cell it identified as being in error.

Uneven. Could not use on-line version because it would not pull in last year's return. Had to purchased more expensive desktop version. Would not pull in Fidelity Investments but did Edward Jones.

I cannot cancel an amend for my federal 2025 taxes. I did a sample amend a return to help out someone thinking I could just not save the file. Desktop Turbotax autosaved the file and I can't get rid of the amend.

Turbotax has helped me through some of the most difficult issues (house sales, special deductions, etc.). It is easy for me and I'm not good at computer issues, but Turbo makes it fly.

Importing my IRAs was a confusing process. If I attempted to review the imported data all fields were blank. If I then filled the data all amounts were doubled.

I have used TurboTax since the 1980's and it has never let me down. It is accurate and relatively easy to use because of the clear instructions and sequential workflow.
