TurboTax is good unless you have a question. Getting the correct answer is extremely difficult, not clear and, in some cases, outdated. I upgraded to Premier based on the advice when in fact I didn't need to.

I have been using turbo tax for years and this year I was expecting it to be more complicated with all of the recent changes. It was as simple as it has always been.

Overall I am very satisfied with TurboTax Premier; I have used it for many years now. Occasionally there are small problems for the user, but this is due more to the complexity of the tax code than to any inherent problems with the software itself.

i accidentally clicked something and it put me on the rate turbo tax page and i want it to go back to the previous page but there is no button so im hoping once I enter something on this webiste it will go back to the page I was on

I've used Turbo Tax as well as Taxslayer for a number of years. My preference is Turbo Tax. It makes it easier to enter information and takes the burden off of taxpayers, who would otherwise do it manually.

I found this years product to be to be far inferior to previous years dating back into the 1990's - yes, over 30 years of using turbotax and after this year's experience, it is likely I will use another method to file my taxes next year

For the first time ever, I could not fix an error. It was on the Loss Carryforward Worksheet for an item that had been in my tax return for at least 6 years. Why this year? The tax assistant tried very hard and advised me to mail the return.

At the very end - you could make it easier if you are more clear as to which pages to include in the mailing of which and specific pages for federal and state returns

Turbo Tax was excellent in completing the return but the e-filing worked successfully for Federal but failed for State (MN) e-filing which was very frustrating.

The help section is pretty useless. I find the constant attempt to upsell annoying. navigation through software is cumbersome. would prefer to use iPad for this software
