TurboTax interface is the most user friendly and complete interface of ANY software that I use. Nothing compares to its completeness and accessibility.

Is generally simple to import stuff had hard time with the version of MAC software- let older version be able to use for downloading software will be helpful filing was easy but now cost more as added cost here and there.

Turbotax was noticeably worse this year with more emphasis on UPSELLING tax advisory services making me think the poorer experience this year was designed to support the UPSELL.

"Allow" button that permits connection to other sites is inert. There is no animation or sound to signify that the button has been successfully activated.

I have used TurboTax for many years. Using it repeatably builds familiarity. I notice TurboTax is nudging me towards using the online version. I do not want to change. I would lose the accumulated learning.

Hopefully it's correct. Compatible with what? Too many features. In your face. Didn't use support, Please make review optional, It's a waste of my time.

4 out of 5 stars only because you got rid of "Its deductible". I used that every year for at least 15 years I've been using TurboTax. You need to bring that back, or at the very least, charge a bit more for that feature.

If you already know how to file your taxes, TT is great. But if you are very new to taxes and don't read at a college level you will have problems understanding what you need to do.
