I used the web version last year and HATED it, plus Turbo Tax made an error that cost me $$. The desktop version is much easierr to navigate and actually see what you are doing and where the information goes on the forms

I've used TurboTax for more years than I can remember. I first used paper forms until TurboTax was available and have used them ever since. I have never been audited, so I assume they are accurate and have been very easy to use.

Some of the "glitches" from last year have been improved upon, and some of it seemed easier to enter, however a few places with the large boxes to select did not seem as streamlined as before.

Federal was easy to follow and I didn't need any support. State tax was confusing at times. The Turbo tax program kept referring me back to the last input but then didn't let me update anything going forward

Turbo Tax reviews everything before releasing my tax returns. It's up to the IRS and State to determine if my information is correct. But, I glad that TurboTax reviews before I do.

It seems to me that the TurboTax this year is not user friendly as the past years. Many instructions are not clear. You have to guess what the software wants

very bad experience, I was stuck on federal filing screen, clicked Continue and could not move on, no error messages showed up, it was a frustrated experience

They have made the product more complicated and harder to use to bring forward the additional services being sold. Navigating the program has become more difficult. Ease of use was not a priority.

Long time user. seemed a bit more difficult to navigate this year on desktop version, esp the import tasks for INT and 1099-B. Might consider online version next year.

Worst TurboTax ever many changes to the interface more difficult data entry. had to download the same files brought in by turbo tax because the software Failed to do a complete import. Error check brings up untraceable numbers.
