A great product. I had one issue. Clicking "help" for help on filing an amended return directed me to help that seemed to assume I was using the online version of Turbotax, when I was not using the online version.

Filling out all the forms is so much easier than doing it by hand. The added advantage of being able to e-file our return makes it easier and more secure.

The Mac Version of Turbotax Premier is not accurate. It has bugs. Even the Experts could not help because of bugs in software. They told me the Windows version does not have this issue. The software considers Roth IRA withdrawals as taxable.

It is ridiculous to have to upgrade to Premium in order to report information from one 1099-DIV, 1099-INT and 1099-B whereas it used to be included on TurboTax Deluxe edition.

you charged me for state efile even though you wouldn't let me efile. you don't have calculations for michigan part year residents that have income from US government securities

Easy to use. Initial attempts to file rejected because of glitch in software. Fixed by using turbotax desktop instead imof on line. Support good interface good

I found it very difficult to enter a worthless stock transaction for which no 1099-B was received. I excercised ISOs for a private company that went bankrupt. There seems to be no way to enter this information into TurboTax.

I've been using TurboTax for 25 years. It makes it super easy, imports all my standard info from last year, asked we every question under the sun, and most importantly it stays up to date on current tax laws!

All in All it was pretty good. I got stuck a few times where the explanation wasn’t clear to me. I called and was connected to a knowledgable person who guided me through my problem.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. It is easy to use and guides you through the steps as you enter the information and answer questions as you complete your return. There is online help available and live tax advice available as well.
