very frustrated with this new Tubotax, seems it is always asking for us to purchase extra services. My returns from previous years did not carry forward to this new Turbotax.

I explained all in my first review of why I didn't want audit review. I'm not going through that again. But keep in mind, this is why my review is going down. Here's another problem. Why do I have to review things twice?

I couldn't electronically file my state return because the form that takes the information for the credit card will not fit on my laptop's screen, so I cannot provide all of the information necessary for one to use a credit card to pay the $20.

I had so much difficulty to installing the product this year, importing info from last year into this year. I have used Turbo tax for decades this year was very difficult.

Features not available in a timely manner delaying completion of tax returns, could not print state returns when trying to review & file, added complexity- extra steps not required in prior years to load brokerage account data

Intuit's efforts to increase the complexity of the US tax code are shameful and harmful to your users. I cannot in good conscience offer an endorsement to TurboTax on that basis.

Turbotax has helped me through some of the most difficult issues (house sales, special deductions, etc.). It is easy for me and I'm not good at computer issues, but Turbo makes it fly.

Nothing really good to see here. It messed up some 1099 data imports from our institutions and didn't download my corrected w-2 from our payroll company

NO opportunity zone entries..no form 8997 for present investment and past investments in OZ. I can't understand why your techs can't figure this out. Frustrated !

TT NEEDS TO CORRECT ISSUE WITH NYS QTP TO ROTH TRANSFER FOR 1099 Q FORM! IT KEPT KICKING BACK IN ERROR CHECK, EVEN THOUGH 1099Q BOX IS CHECK AND IS A QUALIFIED TRANSFER.
