Too many distractions that confuse me along the way. I just want to file my taxes, not be bombarded with ways for Quicken to enrich itself along the way.

Online version is horrible. Been using disc for years with excellent results. Recommended it to everyone. Not ay more. What have you done to this Turbotax version?

Had some problems with the program freezing and had to redo the federal and then when I reopened today, the update froze again and had to restart the computer. I never had these problems before.

I've used TT for over 20 years. I've been a big fan - until this year. It's still really good, BUT it just felt like there was a lot more unnecessary double checking and definitely more effort to download data for our investments.

You can't search forms and manually enter values and look up information easily as you could in previous years. Also, there isn't a Mac version for the business taxes, so I need to set up a windows environment to run the business version.

I have been using TurboTax for many years and never feel disappointed. The more I used, the more easy it was to me. So thank you for the excellent product!

Everything was fairly straight forward. There was a few things that I had to look up and figure out what they meant. Overall TurboTax was good and I plan to use it next year. I have used TurboTax for many years and I like the program.

I am finished with my taxes but cannot email the results of pay what it due. I have printed the file and saved it to a pdf. How do I email the results and pay for what it due either by credit card of from my bank account?/

My only issue is that TurboTax wants me to submit business expense forms for my vehicle. But since I'm retired and not working, how do I avoid submitting any forms related to working, when I don't work.

filed with desktop last year. had trouble locating files. Couldn't import easily. never real certain about the schedule k-1 income and how it impacted tax. Really don't like the $40.00 dollar filing fee!!
