1. Turbo tax failed to calculate the taxable SS benefits correctly. The IRS wants $5000 more. 2. TT is getting more complicated to fill out every year. 3. TT is never complete and "Ready to go" at purchase time anymore. You get updates every time you log on and you cant trust the work you have done.

Useability of this product is below expectations (previous experience). Corners cut and useability not fully tested. Pathetic activation functionality. Poor use of screen space -- why make so small on my screen??? Hard to read information pop ups. You are lucky Im giving it a C. This product was perfect in previous year s but for the past few, it has gone downhill. Consider my loyalty fully tested and nearly drained. Get it together (again)!

I have been using TurboTax since it was called MacInTax. I prefer to do my own personal bookkeeping (Quicken) and taxes. ... and I really really really prefer doing it on my Mac rather than online. The ability to download my brokerage accounts is huge help. Schedule K-1s for publicly traded LLCs are a huge pain to do by handout maybe soon

I had a fantastic support rep to help me get past an error trying to pay the California $25 fee. Turns out the 3rd party cancelled my product key even though they charged my card. Once the rep generated a new product key, I was able to complete my return. Excellent user support rep.

No other good resources or software options short of paying for a professional preparer's software package so it is a neccesary evil.

Have communicated with a TT expert. very helpful and kind. Patiently explained the different scenarios

The program is ok for the most part, it's everything around the application that has become the problem.

I have been with Turbo Tax for more than 20 yrs. Generally speaking, I enjoyed using it. But this 2025 version is in need of improvement.

I have been using for manynyears. A great Poroduct. You should create a table od contents. that would make it easier for me.

TurboTax software should delight the user every year by making at least one thing better. Unfortunately, it doesn't.
