I've used TurboTax for a number of years and can't imagine ever filing a manual return again. TurboTax makes an intimidating task simple and I no longer have to worry about the accuracy of my return.

Can't reach expert during weekend. K1 filling guidance doesn't point to exact section and fetching the info from prior year related to carry forward passive loss & at risk info doesn't work. Asks to enter them manually.

I have been using TurboTax before it was even called TurboTax. I have a couple of small businesses and my wife and I are also employed. TurboTax Deluxe works great for us.

This year's Turbo tax experence was horrible. I had to update 3 of your worksheets to ensure the resulting numbers were correct, in one case my hawaii return would have subtracted my QCDs from my total RMD twice!

Generally ok. I thought the section on capital gains on the sale of property was needlessly confusing and should be simplified by asking basic questions (which may require more steps)

I have used TurboTax for many years and it is always excellent. The prompts for complete information and to fix errors is an important and excellent part of the process. Even with moderately complex returns, TurboTax deluxe has been excellent, especially with the ability to automatically download from Investment advisory services, the details of multiple investment accounts with many investment transactions. The time that saves is measured in at least 6 to 8 hours of input time.

You Discontinued It's Deductible!!! Serious flaw in software!!! You wanted me to file standard deduction. Had I done so, I would have lost almost $900 dollars of refund!!! Help in software nonexistent. Blatant way to get folks to buy Advice. "Free" State filing that costs $25!

I kept getting a software error when trying to enter one of the forms. Needed to reach a live person for help, but Turbo Tax made that quite difficult to do. After I finally found the customer service number, the AI prompt doesn't transfer me to live person and kept saying it doesn't understand my answer to its question. Once I get a live person to help, we spent close to two hours on the phone to work around that software error, but ultimately fixed my issue though.

You need to allow an override of "issues" for efiling. Last year I reported that having two EIN entries with the same number sometimes happens with home care work (both parents) but your software doesn't allow efiling with this situation. NOT FIXED!! I will need to print return again to file.

I didn't enjoy working with TurboTax this year and will likely not purchase it again next year. So many things that usually worked were no longer working this year. The software didn't explain certain things I need clarification on and I kept getting stuck on an error at the end.
