I've used your SW for years. It could be more user friendly. I had to use AI three times to locate Turbotax forms and input sheets to make changes. Turbotax should have the ability to do that as well as AI can. I ask TUrbotax where to locate such and such a form, and it responds it has not knowledge of that form and I should ask my tax professional. AI took me to the turbotax list of forms on Turbotax and told me how to delete it.

I am using year after year Turbo Tax because it is the most user friendly, easy to navigate, excellent explanation of all questions and entries, computation is fast, and overall, extremely satisfying software to work with. Thank you, Turbo Tax, for making our life easier for tax filing!

I like how it works, except... I am on a MAC and this year for 2025, I could not get it to print my return. It was not my computer or my printer. I looked online and found a way to do it through the preview option, but that was very awkward to find. Trying to print my return the regular way totally locked up the program and I had to reopen it. Also it said I had entered my pin, but had not entered the one from the IRS. I didn't know that was different from the e-file pin and I had to look up online (google again) where to enter that and refile my return. Also, for 2024 Michigan return, the program did not provide Michigan with a schedule W. I don't know why, but it delayed my refund for months. Still, I like the program. :) And your phone support is excellent! Very knowledgeable and easy to understand people. Thank you! (I spoke with Paula and Latoya. Both were awesome!)

TurboTax, as always, was easy to use. I had it lead me through everything so that I would be sure of the end result. I appreciated it pointing out an error that I had completely missed. I trust that my return is now accurate and that there will be no problems with it.

This can only be done in forms by someone like me. I generally know what I want to do. Saving every nickel when the time spent is 30 minutes or more, is not worth it to me. Sept by Sept make one go over the information from the previous year and then does not move on when it is apparent that the answer is redundant. I have not been able to use it for decades. Time killing...

Have been using for years. However, emphasis on on-line version exposes my data in ways that the individual version does not. Also this year's version does not have the boxes that open and allow you to list several items that then are added together for final total that goes into return. Had to use my computer's calculator app which was a pain.

Guidance is very poor. Much of what is advised is unclear and the examples provided seem based on limiting TurboTax liability rather than providing meaningful information that helps people who struggle to understand taxes. It is also unfathomable in this day and age that TurboTax can't automatically perform auto calculations such as simplified methods when a CSA-1099R is uploaded.

The OnLine version is very disappointing... ergo why I prefer the Desktop version. Why you haven't cloned the Desktop look, feel & features into the OnLine versions mystifies me. I tried it several years ago and it was CRAP. Therefore, I get the optimum accuracy and features with the Desktop version.

I received a Notice of Assessment on both Virginia state tax returns that did not have refunds. The stated reason for the Assessment was a Penalty and Interest Charge related to VA Form 760C, of which Turbo Tax software did not generate for those returns.

Turbo Tax gets the job done, but it'e not the shortest path to the solution. The user interface is dates (think 1980s) and the entry is inefficient. While there are some improvements, they feel like bolt-ons to a product that was released years ago -- it's very linear in the approach and is missing simple what-if like analysis. IMO, it's time to start with a new and more modern code base (if the developers that have any background in this are still in the game). AI is not the solution per se, but it is part of the answer, especially when it comes to finding things in the program and solving problems.
