I generally like the fridge but I have a couple of concerns. 1. The air filter says it time to change it.  Problem is nobody sells the style of air filter  that it has, not even LG.  It is the one without a frame around it. 2.  It is a little glitchy.  Every so often it stops cooling.  The power is on, lights and controller is on but it stops cooling.  I found that if I unplug it for a few minutes, then plug it back in it starts working again.

Deer meat somehow leaked from the freezer and... yeah, we had to replace an old Whirlpool fridge that came with the house. As a replacement, we bought THIS exact LG fridge from BestBuy. I just confirmed the model number "LRFLC2706S." Today, we had an 8-hour power outage. We made sure not to open the fridge nor freezer during this time, but after the power was restored, I opened the freezer and expected to find water in the ice tray and liquid ice cream. To my surprise, the ice cubes were still solid! Everything in the fridge was fine. Nothing had to be thrown out. I was extremely worried about the cost of having to replace everything in the fridge and freezer. We JUST did that last July for the hurricane. It cost us hundreds... So, yeah. This fridge just won me over for a 5-star review. Highly recommended! I couldn't be happier. Quality matters.

Air filter problem!! The replacement filters are in square frames, yet the filter holder is rhombus shaped! The factory filter had no frame and was inserted on a slant. I bought this fridge in January and It is time to change the filter. There are no air filters on the market (even by LG!) that will fit the filter receptacle. Help, LG!

We’ve had this refrigerator for about 18 months. I recently started noticing small dents on the doors here and there. We’re empty nesters and extremely careful with our appliances. We bought an oven and microwave as well and we’ve not noticed any dents yet. The dents on the fridge are very tiny and not in one place. LG I’d like to know why? How thin is the stainless you are using?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like our new LG REFRIGERATOR, it’s big and has a lot of storage capacity, I’m giving it 4 stars because of two things. First, the inside the door shelves need size adjusters. To hold items in place better and section them off by type, I love to be organized. Second, I’m actually not sure if it’s our water, but the filter is not giving us very good tasting water and our glasses get a film on them that they didn’t before with our filtered water from Crystal dispensers at our local grocery store. I like this fridge. it's bigger than it looks and can fit a lot of stuff. Sticks out more than a counter depth fridge bc the doors have a ton of storage but about 4 inches less than the standard. it replaced. The water tasted horrible (like plastic/chemicals) despite flushing so we bought other filters and now the water tastes great. Try that if you have an issue. One star off bc the interior plastic feels cheap.

I am so happy with this refrigerator! The counter depth is perfectly sleek and the plain front is aesthetically beautiful. The inside is so spacious…perfect for any family’s needs. I find the fridge to be very quiet as well. Highly recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second French Door LG refrigerator, first was very reliable for eight years…..except for the in-door ice maker. It never worked well, sporadic at best. This new one has the ice maker inside the freezer as God intended, and boy what a nice difference. Plenty of ice all of the time. Lots of extra space in the fridge section door pockets now, deeper too. Shelves have adequate adjustment, and this freezer just one door, not two as before. Less to go wrong, ample space, sliding inside drawers. Nice. Also did counter depth model this time, fits our space much better. Off to a great start. Very satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice refrigerator. Enough features, but not too many. I like the clean look of the outside, and leaving off the ice/water on the outside really helps with more space inside, making it hardly seem like a counter depth.
