I love my LG Refrigerator. The features I like include the fingerprint resistance, you can open inside drawer when having only one door open (many models have the drawers going all the way across so both doors must be open to pull open drawer), and I prefer the water/ice not being in the door. It is just a cleaner look and the ice is more easily accessible vs. trying to get it to dispense through the door.

I bought this refrigerator a few weeks ago and it has exceeded my expectations! Even though it is only slightly larger than my previous side-by-side, the layout allows much more storage. I like having the water dispenser inside the unit as well. The finger print resistant finish is one of my favorite features. This appliance is so easy to clean and keep clean! I enjoy all the features including the "alarm" the lets you know when you've left the door open or ajar. I would highly recommend this refrigerator!

I recently purchased this refrigerator to replace a two year old (not LG!) fridge which could not be repaired. I was anxious at first because it was larger than my previous fridge. What a pleasant surprise! It looks fabulous and is keeping my food fresh. So easy to store and find food in the fridge and freezer. Quiet too. And perfect ice cubes. I am so glad I purchased this refrigerator. Highly recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this fridge for about 6 weeks. So far runs great. Love how room it is for counter depth. Makes a beep if you forget to close it. Looks beautiful and neat! Only thing was we had to take out a shelf to be able to store large bottles because the shelves are not really adjustable. But it’s perfect after that.

I am happy with my purchase. I had to use it for a while to get a good feel if how it would fit in my life. Although I really like this appliance, there are a couple of things I am not crazy about. The first being the tiny shelf on the bottom of the door. I feel that it is the twilight zone of the fridge and things will become forgotten if placed there. The second thing is a win and a loss, the water dispenser. Win: you create more room on the door not having a dispenser placed there. Loss: if you drink a lot of water, or have to fill a large thermos like me, then you are spending more time with the door open, affecting your fridge temp and run time. The last thing I am not crazy about, but I think I may get used to it, is the freezer door handle. I am not used to handles that move, because I am do used to thinking that if it moves it is loose and I feel compelled to want to fix it. I like the look and feel overall. I like the amount of storage. It feels like more space even though it is slightly smaller than my previous unit. I like the clean look of the interior with all the clear plastic. I like that the controls are electronic and not a box. Overall, the best appliance in my opinion.

Cabinet depth gives it a more built-in feel, but LG has done a great job maximizing interior storage space. I only gave it 4 stars since the ice maker is a bit small and cannot keep up with the demands of a moderate size party (dinner for 8), even using the "ice plus" setting.

Overall we are happy with our refrigerator. It seems to be running very well and gives us the addition storage we desired. One think that is puzzling is the classification "counter depth." It sticks out about 7 inches from our counters. Either our counters and cupboards are smaller than most peoples or the label counter-depth is a misnomer.

I love the fridge, my vegetables lasts fresh for longer in this fridge!! It has great capacity and it is quiet and energy saving. Just evaluating the fridge itself, it is wonderful indeed. I just was 2 little thing to point out: (1) the nob at the bottom to balance the fridge is oddly just at the front end, I have a floor that happened to till slight from the left to the right of the fridge, and there seems to be no way to lift the back end of the fridge unless I cut a small piece of hard object to shim it myself. (2) the WIFI connection to use the app: after a few months I kept getting my fridge cannot be found, but it was still totally reading my energy usage, my door closing and opening etc, I just don't get alert anymore when I forgot to close the door. The only way to get it all correct again was to delete the device and add it back, but when I did that, it lost all my previous history.........I lost half a year worth of energy usage trend.......

This refrigerator is nice but not as good as our last LG refrigerator. We thought we got the same one but this one seems smaller inside. Also the installer scratched the handle and the door with a tool while putting on the handles. We got a replacement handle and now we need a new left side replacement door. We paid a lot of money for this refrigerator and it’s scratched by the installer.
