Very usable space inside and very well lit. I like that it is quiet most of the time. We did have a little time where the refrigerator wouldn’t go below 50F and found that a wrapper had fallen and was blocking a vent. Once the offending piece was removed, the refrigerator has worked flawlessly since.

I bought this refrigerator a few weeks ago and it has exceeded my expectations! Even though it is only slightly larger than my previous side-by-side, the layout allows much more storage. I like having the water dispenser inside the unit as well. The finger print resistant finish is one of my favorite features. This appliance is so easy to clean and keep clean! I enjoy all the features including the "alarm" the lets you know when you've left the door open or ajar. I would highly recommend this refrigerator!

Love having the water on the inside & ice in the huge freezer. It alerts you if you leave the doors open. I’ve gotten many compliments. If you need a counter depth this is the one, I looked at many and this is hands down the best one for your money.

I am happy with my purchase. I had to use it for a while to get a good feel if how it would fit in my life. Although I really like this appliance, there are a couple of things I am not crazy about. The first being the tiny shelf on the bottom of the door. I feel that it is the twilight zone of the fridge and things will become forgotten if placed there. The second thing is a win and a loss, the water dispenser. Win: you create more room on the door not having a dispenser placed there. Loss: if you drink a lot of water, or have to fill a large thermos like me, then you are spending more time with the door open, affecting your fridge temp and run time. The last thing I am not crazy about, but I think I may get used to it, is the freezer door handle. I am not used to handles that move, because I am do used to thinking that if it moves it is loose and I feel compelled to want to fix it. I like the look and feel overall. I like the amount of storage. It feels like more space even though it is slightly smaller than my previous unit. I like the clean look of the interior with all the clear plastic. I like that the controls are electronic and not a box. Overall, the best appliance in my opinion.

Bought this fridge in Dec 2022. We forgot to connect it to Wi-Fi .....six months later, it turned itself off & all our food spoiled. Technician came out to explain that we needed to download update to internal computer!! Who knew?!Now that we have it connected to internet, it's GREAT!

We bought this model after reviewing many choices at the local appliance emporium. It had the essential features we were looking for - “inside” ice maker and water dispenser, French doors and large capacity. The WiFi connection was a bonus. Set up a breeze and tired fridge halled away. Should have replaced it sooner.

It is a French door refrigerator in the new stainless that does not leave fingerprints. It is counter depth so it does not stick out into the room. we live in a small townhouse and space is a commodity. I can’t believe how spacious the frig is. We store milk, condiments, etc in the very deep spaces inside the doors and there is still lots of room on all the many shelves. Our last frig was actually larger but did not hold as much. Plus, we can now see our food. It is not buried and out of sight. The water spigot is inside too so no mess in the outside of the door. Lg really organized this refrigerator very successfully. This is a well planned out appliance. I would highly recommend it to others. I love it!!

Overall we are happy with our refrigerator. It seems to be running very well and gives us the addition storage we desired. One think that is puzzling is the classification "counter depth." It sticks out about 7 inches from our counters. Either our counters and cupboards are smaller than most peoples or the label counter-depth is a misnomer.

Cabinet depth gives it a more built-in feel, but LG has done a great job maximizing interior storage space. I only gave it 4 stars since the ice maker is a bit small and cannot keep up with the demands of a moderate size party (dinner for 8), even using the "ice plus" setting.

My fridge has not worked since it arrived and getting a warrenty part has been the most frustrating and horrible experience ever. Now the part sent is the wrong part and I may have to start the whole process over . We will see....... The technician is not willing to spend more time dealing with LG so no one is happy. And I still do not have a working refridgerator. If LG will get me my part THIS WEEK, I can modify this reveiw slightly!
