Had the refrigerator for a couple of weeks now and both my wife and I love it. It is super quiet and cooling great. The outer part is super easy to clean and looks great against our cabinets. So impressed with quality that we purchased a new LG washing machine that should be delivered soon.

We love our new LG Refrigerator. We didn't realize just how spacious this refrigerator is until we actually got it installed and put everything in it from our old side by side by side. We only used less than half of the space in our new LG refrigerator and it doesn't stick out from the wall any further than our old one. This LG refrigerator is really quite also, both the refrigerator and the ice maker. I love the Smart features that is available on the LG App. also. There are a lot of great features and available information on my refrigerator in the LG Smart App.

I was looking for a fridge that would fit into a very small and narrow gap in my counter. This fridge fits perfectly. It has so much more room than my old fridge even though the footprint is a lot smaller! It really makes my weekly grocery shop for myself look tiny. I can’t ever imagine running low on room as a single person. I imagine this would house a large family’s foodstuffs without incident. There was a minor difficulty with shipping (the promised day came and went without a peep from the delivery folks) but I got it a week later. Overall, I have no complaints. It’s super quiet, beeps if it’s been open a bit too long, makes ice, and dispenses water. This fridge does anything anyone would want out of a fridge.

It is a French door refrigerator in the new stainless that does not leave fingerprints. It is counter depth so it does not stick out into the room. we live in a small townhouse and space is a commodity. I can’t believe how spacious the frig is. We store milk, condiments, etc in the very deep spaces inside the doors and there is still lots of room on all the many shelves. Our last frig was actually larger but did not hold as much. Plus, we can now see our food. It is not buried and out of sight. The water spigot is inside too so no mess in the outside of the door. Lg really organized this refrigerator very successfully. This is a well planned out appliance. I would highly recommend it to others. I love it!!

Our old fridge wasn’t working well (different brand) and was causing our food to go bad very quickly, so we bought this one almost a month ago. So far I’m absolutely loving it! It’s easy to use and set the temps, easy to hook up to the water line and keeps temperatures accurately. The only thing I wish it came with was a slider shelf for taller items but it’s not a deal breaker. I really like how the water dispenser is in the fridge and not on the front of the door where it can drip down the front of the door. The ice maker keeps up with the amount of ice we need and is always full. I wish the ice maker came with an ice scoop but that’s not a deal breaker either. We bought this and 3 other LG kitchen appliances the same day and we are very pleased with all of our purchases.

We bought this model after reviewing many choices at the local appliance emporium. It had the essential features we were looking for - “inside” ice maker and water dispenser, French doors and large capacity. The WiFi connection was a bonus. Set up a breeze and tired fridge halled away. Should have replaced it sooner.

Fridge was delivered with one door lower than the other, read the manual on how to adjust with the tool provided but couldn't get it to even out. Put in for a technician to come out and fix it, got a call from the repair company that because it is a cosmetic issue, I would have to pay for the service call because it was past the 24-48 hour limit. I checked the paperwork, couldn't find anything stating that. As a consumer I have the right to expect that a brand new fridge would look like the fridge in the advertisements and on the showroom floor without having to pay extra for it.

Fridge design and appearance are very nice. The chilled water is not chilled, not warm, but not any colder than our tap water. The ice maker is slow. It takes more than 48 hours to fill an employ ice maker. 11 months after purchase, ice maker failed. LG sent new one free of charge, but it is still slow.

Have had this refrigerator for a couple weeks and love it! Lots of space and a great ice maker. The counter depth size is nice but it needs to be away from the back wall to allow the doors to open fully due to a side wall. The only issue? so far is the noise when water is drawn in to the icemaker - it’s much louder than expected.
