This is my second LG french door fridge. The last one lasted 14 years. The new fridge is beautiful inside and out. Even though the cubit feet is the same, the inside holds much for than my original LG. The doors can hold numerous 1/2 gallon containers 5 to 7 on 1 side. The door stay cold with door cooling technology. The lighting and interior is elegant. My fridge runs colder than the setting, so this is a very efficient fridge. I am very pleased and recommend this fridge.

Didn't intend on buying an LG refrigerator from my local appliance store. Last time we were looking for a fridge they were more based for big box stores. This time however we were VERY IMPRESSED by the French door lower freezer. Here are the many reasons WHY! Easy to get at water and air filter to replace when needed (rarely), the SUPER DEEP crisper drawers which can hold a LOT of produce. The large drawer on the bottom of the fridge fits a good size platter for guests, or a big pizza box. The shelves on the fridge doors are amazingly huge. I would wager that they are a gallon jug of milk deep. Mostly the things we like are the interior layout which is outstanding and what has been needed forever! The ice maker is in the FREEZER where it belongs and doesn't jam up or freeze over. The drawers in the freezer fit a LOT of food. The doors are amazing, the Thin IQ connection is very helpful for filter replacement notification. Water on the inside of the door means NO MESS on the outside. Very easy to keep clean. I could go on for hours. Best part is that they are built to last and if need repair they are easily repaired. I am stoked that we have finally found a refrigerator built for the needs of many rather than the cutsy ideas of a few.

This refrigerator was purchased after much research. It holds so much more than our previous counter depth refrigerator. The interior water dispenser works for us and gives a clean outside appearance. I gave it four stars because it was delivered with a small ding on one door and am in the process of having the door replaced. The LG rep has been very helpful.

This is a terrific refrigerator. It meets all our needs and is meeting all our expectations, and there appear to be a number of models in this refrigerator "series" that have a range of features that we neither needed nor sought. It's high capacity and "countertop" depth coupled with it not having features that we didn't want along with a competitive price made it a great purchase. The only drawback is the owner's manual (there are hard copy and somewhat different online PDF versions). Important information is lacking. For example, this refrigerator can dispense cold water (inside) and make ice without having to have an internal water filter. Since we have a highly filtered water line in our kitchen, we did not want to use an internal filter (which had been a costly problem with our prior [not LG] refrigerator). However, neither owner's manual indicates this nor tells how to set the refrigerator up to do so. DISAPPOINTING!

Love the refrigerator! The freezer drawers are deep and hold lots of food. Not having ice/water in the door makes for lots more space in the refrigerator. The only negative is how much noise the water intake is for the ice maker but at least it only lasts a few moments.

Tech guy changed the hinge (same as the old one) and same results. Told us to shut the right-hand door first and it won't be so bad. I don't agree. I guess we will have to put up with it because otherwise we like the fridge.

After 3 times having a professional come out the check it out there seems not to be a fixable issue. We then purchased an ice cube make for the countertop, and it finally stopped. So we ordered the LG refrigerator and so far we are so happy with it. the shelves a so great, and the extra space on the doors is great, besides that we have wonderful ice cubes at any given time.

I bought this several months ago and I am extremely happy with my new refrigerator. I love all the features including the height, adjustable glass shelves. The door bin storage is incredible. The icemakers extremely efficient and produces large quantities of device relatively quickly. Also love that I can control the refrigerator via the thinQ app.
