Didn't intend on buying an LG refrigerator from my local appliance store. Last time we were looking for a fridge they were more based for big box stores. This time however we were VERY IMPRESSED by the French door lower freezer. Here are the many reasons WHY! Easy to get at water and air filter to replace when needed (rarely), the SUPER DEEP crisper drawers which can hold a LOT of produce. The large drawer on the bottom of the fridge fits a good size platter for guests, or a big pizza box. The shelves on the fridge doors are amazingly huge. I would wager that they are a gallon jug of milk deep. Mostly the things we like are the interior layout which is outstanding and what has been needed forever! The ice maker is in the FREEZER where it belongs and doesn't jam up or freeze over. The drawers in the freezer fit a LOT of food. The doors are amazing, the Thin IQ connection is very helpful for filter replacement notification. Water on the inside of the door means NO MESS on the outside. Very easy to keep clean. I could go on for hours. Best part is that they are built to last and if need repair they are easily repaired. I am stoked that we have finally found a refrigerator built for the needs of many rather than the cutsy ideas of a few.

We bought this model after reviewing many choices at the local appliance emporium. It had the essential features we were looking for - “inside” ice maker and water dispenser, French doors and large capacity. The WiFi connection was a bonus. Set up a breeze and tired fridge halled away. Should have replaced it sooner.

Bought my refrigerator about 3months ago. It is everything its supposed to be. Being counter depth, I was concerned it wouldn’t hold much but it is extremely large and holds a very large amount. Love the hide away water dispenser which also allows for more room inside for food storage. A great machine.

We bought refrigerator less than a year and the evaporator fan went out. I think the water dispenser inside the refrigerator is a bad idea because we are constantly getting water and having to open the door is a bad idea. The refrigerator is losing cold air every time you open the door. I think it should be on the outside of the door.

My fridge has not worked since it arrived and getting a warrenty part has been the most frustrating and horrible experience ever. Now the part sent is the wrong part and I may have to start the whole process over . We will see....... The technician is not willing to spend more time dealing with LG so no one is happy. And I still do not have a working refridgerator. If LG will get me my part THIS WEEK, I can modify this reveiw slightly!

We are happy we bought this counter depth refrigerator. It has amazing capacity in both the freezer and crisper drawer. The icemaker is located in the freezer and that leaves extra room in the main compartment and especially the doors. With the water dispenser in the main compartment, we don't have to contend with water in the outside door opening and on the floor as with in door dispensers. Ice maker puts out plenty of ice in a day. Would recommend this unit to anyone that is thinking about needing extra space and eliminating the in door water and ice dispenser.

The app is a great tool to keep one apprised about the condition and status. The Negative was the delivery and trying to reach someone to repair the doo which was out of order,a problem the flange.Should have been handled by the delivery company.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago and I have been happy with it so far. I especially love the large drawers, shelf layout and bins in the doors. It is very spacious and we can find things so much easier than in our old fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this refrigerator. As we get older its hard to bend to see contents of a frig with freezer on the top. we bought this one and it is awesome to open both doors and inventory your supplies. I realized i dont go in the freezer that much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator as part of a kitchen remodel. We're quite pleased with it so far, and it looks great in its new home. We chose the countertop depth model, as we didn't want it occupying a ton of space. The fridge is laid out well and there is a lot of internal space. Of all the brands and models that we looked at, LG seems to have thought through how to make a shallower fridge while maximizing space for everything.
