[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Outstanding product. Much more capacity than I expected. And the LG thinQ app is terrific. Monitors temps in the fridge and lets you know if you left the door ajar. Internal water dispense is so much better than that ugly thing on the front.

I bought this several months ago and I am extremely happy with my new refrigerator. I love all the features including the height, adjustable glass shelves. The door bin storage is incredible. The icemakers extremely efficient and produces large quantities of device relatively quickly. Also love that I can control the refrigerator via the thinQ app.

Over all a great fridge. The only problem is that the left hand door closes with a jarring thud because it is so heavy. You have to keep your hand on the door to control the closing speed. The service man who c and to look at it said that it was a function of the design. LG used the same door without a cutout for a water dispenser for this model which has an inside water dispenser. Without the cutout, there is more insulation etc, so this door is heavier. Hence it closes with more force. Am annoyance but not a deal breaker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not as cold at the setting of 38 deg, can't feel the cold air when I open the door. Door handles could be further apart, using my right hand to open the left sided door is kinda tight. Pulling out the freezer easily hits your feet, much too low. I would've preferred a much shallower door compartment and deeper indoor shelving.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just moved into a 101 year-old house and are more limited on space. This is a great layout and use of all space. The shelving is easy to move and repurpose. Even the really small drawer in the refrigerator is so purposeful. Very well done LG!

We bought this to replace an existing cabinet-depth fridge - from a different manufacturer - that died. What we immediately noticed was, even though it was the same exterior size, it was significantly larger on the inside. We did a little research and discovered the LG capacity was 7 cubic feet larger! My wife and I have a hard time filling it!

This is a terrific refrigerator. It meets all our needs and is meeting all our expectations, and there appear to be a number of models in this refrigerator "series" that have a range of features that we neither needed nor sought. It's high capacity and "countertop" depth coupled with it not having features that we didn't want along with a competitive price made it a great purchase. The only drawback is the owner's manual (there are hard copy and somewhat different online PDF versions). Important information is lacking. For example, this refrigerator can dispense cold water (inside) and make ice without having to have an internal water filter. Since we have a highly filtered water line in our kitchen, we did not want to use an internal filter (which had been a costly problem with our prior [not LG] refrigerator). However, neither owner's manual indicates this nor tells how to set the refrigerator up to do so. DISAPPOINTING!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a few initial difficulties that were my fault, this refrigerator is working beautifully and I really like it. It's very bright inside, with enough space for me to see every item inside. It has enough partitions and compartments, too. You do have to be careful and make certain the doors are firmly closed when you shut the doors.

My wife and I moved to new home last year and it had an older side-by-side refrigerator that we didn't acre for and wanted to replace it. We did some comparison shopping and narrowed it down to Bosch, Samsung, and LG. We finally settled on the LG because it offered everything we wanted at a great price. It has been exactly what we expected and looks great in our kitchen. It's very quiet and maintains the temperature perfectly in both the upper and lower sections.
