[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new counter depth, french door refrigerator is a beautiful addition to my kitchen. Couldn't ask for a better product. Extra lg. ref. and freezer give more than enough room. Extremely happy I with my purchase.

I’ve owned this fridge for a month, and noticed it just doesn’t get cold enough in the fridge. So after some additional research and testing, only the right side of the vents actually blow air, leaving the left side a good 3-4 degrees warmer. This results in temperatures in the 40’s, especially in the door which is highly unsafe. People check the temperature of your fridge!

I believe I have the wrong housing for the filter that goes with the refrigerator. I have to tear the carcoal out of the plastic frame on the filter in order to use it in the housing that I have in mine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We wanted a counter depth refrigerator that offered maximum capacity and are happy to have found this LG. We like the interior water dispenser that is a space saver in the door. It’s a very clean sleek look with plenty of space.

I have been using my new LG refrigerator for a couple of months and so far I really like it. Everything seems to work great and the layout and functionality is much better than my previous refrigerator. We also really like the way it looks. Overall we are very happy. Reliability will be an important test over time, but so far 5 stars. Great product LG

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this fridge Feb 12 and due to bad weather and missing trailer we didn't receive it until April 3.Installer used wrong water hose so our water tasted bad for over a week until LG sent a technician to check it out and verified the water line was the wrong one for our Fridge. I went to our seller and got the correct water line, flushed the water system and now we have great tasting water

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a side by side refrigerator for 20?yeare. We recently replaced it with an LG French DoorRefrigeratot. Best decision we could have made! It is not only beautiful but a true joy to use. A fantastic appliance an so delighted to be able to finally have room for our purchased🙌

Of course we like the french door, bottom freezer format. There are many out there. What I love is that everything feels refined and of high quality: doors and drawers operate very smoothly. It is VERY quiet. We chose not to have water/ice dispensed through the door because it looks cleaner outside and it also offers a lot more storage inside the left door. It has water dispensing inside the left door and an ice maker in the drawer. OK, what I don't like is that this is called a "counter depth" model which means that the only part of the refridge protruding beyond the counter should be the door thickness. In reality, the LG manual requires that there is 2 inches of space away from the wall. So the refridge body protrudes 2 inches beyond the counter, and the door is 4 inches thick. Therefore my "counter depth refrigerator" protrudes 6 inches beyond the counter! Come on guys. This is cheating. Still, I love this fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this fridge for about 3 months now, and it's been excellent. It has a bright, spacious interior, big enough that you don't realize it is a count-depth. The door shelves are enormous, with ample space for two gallons of milk in a single shelf. The freezer is likewise spacious and well laid out. The ice maker has worked reliably and makes consistent sized ice cubes. The smart features are subtle but useful, such at a chime if you leave the door open (and a push notification to your phone if you have it set up). I also appreciate the energy monitor feature of the app--the fridge appears to run very efficiently. On top of all that the fridge is also very quiet--I really only notice it running when the ice maker is actively working.

Not many counter-depth refigerators can match the 27 Cu Ft of this LG refrigerator. The difference in our new LG and the counter-depth refrigerator it replace is remarkable. We also like the ice maker in the freezer, it works very well and produces ample ice for our household. And I particularly like the "smart" features which allow me to check and change setting from my iPhone
