[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this LG refrigerator on May 24, 2023, and our initial experience has been very good. One little glitch that was not in the operator's manual is that the ice maker and the water service will not work if the controls are locked.

We bought this a few weeks ago and we are very happy with it. It is very easy to see what is in the frig and love the water inside. With the water inside there is more room in the door for more items where you would lose a lot of space in the door with ice and water on the outside of the door.

We really enjoy our new refrigerator. It's very roomy and holds so much, including in the doors. The freezer is huge. We like that the door sends off a signal if it's not closed tightly. It is very stylish and modern looking. We never really wanted a stainless steel fridge, but after seeing this one, we are glad we ordered it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Satisfied for the most part...I do not have a water line to feed ice maker; would like to see a better configuration to accommodate ice cube trays and ice bin as option. My only other complaint is one of annoyance when items, especially plastic drinking bottles stored on the door shelves fall over if you are carefull when closing the doors.

Of course we like the french door, bottom freezer format. There are many out there. What I love is that everything feels refined and of high quality: doors and drawers operate very smoothly. It is VERY quiet. We chose not to have water/ice dispensed through the door because it looks cleaner outside and it also offers a lot more storage inside the left door. It has water dispensing inside the left door and an ice maker in the drawer. OK, what I don't like is that this is called a "counter depth" model which means that the only part of the refridge protruding beyond the counter should be the door thickness. In reality, the LG manual requires that there is 2 inches of space away from the wall. So the refridge body protrudes 2 inches beyond the counter, and the door is 4 inches thick. Therefore my "counter depth refrigerator" protrudes 6 inches beyond the counter! Come on guys. This is cheating. Still, I love this fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator about month ago. Everything is working fine except I realized that 2 or 3 screws attaching the hinge plate on the top are missing. It will be helpful if somebody will come over to my house and fix this minor issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I am happy with this refrigerator. It is very roomy and like the feature I can move shelves up and down to accommodate taller things. The doors are a bit thick so I could not push it all the way back, therefore, it is not a true counter depth in my case, but it is no big deal.

This refrigerator has more room then our previous one. The spaces in the door hold many of our bottled products, especially the gallon size containers. The ice making capacity is great, and cubes are the right size for our summer drinks. This refrigerator is more then we had hoped for in a counter depth size. Glad we bought it.

Our old fridge died on us and needed something that could help our family of 5 quickly with space and function and this fridge has delivered. Very happy with the quality and amount of space inside - there is a lot of room, great bright lighting and is very easy to use.
