Bought this to replace an older counter depth refrigerator. The space in this product is amazing! It feels like it’s twice as big as my old one turn. A good design team seems to make the most of the space they’ve got to work with. Great icemaker unbelievable indoor storage good crispers. I’ve got nothing to complain about, and nothing but compliments for this

Needed new fridge. Very nice and quiet. Only problem we had was that the height was to much. Had to have a handy man adjust the bottom of the cabinet. Also the handle to the bottom freezer the screws were stripped, so it was a good thing that I bought the warranty. Received the new handle and was able to place the handle on with no problem. Recommend getting the warranty. That's why less 1 star. I like the fridge. Nice and roomy, freezer is nice and big.

We’ve had this refrigerator for 3 weeks. We’re mostly happy with the features. Wish the freezer was a little bigger. Because the refrigerator part is so large, we would like to see more room given to the freezer. We’re kind of disappointed in the water dispenser. You only get about 12 oz of cold water. After that water is room temperature. Also it seems wasteful to need to open the door every time you want to get a drink. In retrospect, we think the LG should have put the water dispenser on the outside, without ice.

Looks beautiful and neat! Only thing was we had to take out a shelf to be able to store large bottles because the shelves are not really adjustable. But it’s perfect after that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a month ago and I am so happy with my LG refrigerator that I am happy to recommend this LG product. It is a French door refrigerator in the new stainless that does not leave fingerprints. It is counter depth so it does not stick out into the room. we live in a small townhouse and space is a commodity. I can’t believe how spacious the frig is. We store milk, condiments, etc in the very deep spaces inside the doors and there is still lots of room on all the many shelves. Our last frig was actually larger but did not hold as much. Plus, we can now see our food. It is not buried and out of sight. The water spigot is inside too so no mess in the outside of the door. Lg really organized this refrigerator very successfully. This is a well planned out appliance. I would highly recommend it to others. I love it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No issues with the product just that during delivery they broke the right draw track and it’s going over a month now for the LG service technician to come and fix the issue. I am still without a freezing compartment!!!!

Received in early September, so it’s still very new. Not crazy about the freezer drawer, but I’m used to a side by side. I think that’s more of a preference thing. Otherwise, so far so good. LG had to replace the air filter housing, but it was very simple and they proactively reached out to me about it. Definitely good cust service there! Hope it continues performing for many years to come (like my previous Kenmore).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this fridge for about a month now and so far I'm loving it. It has a ton of space in the doors and it looks great. I really like the handle on the freezer drawer, I think it's easier to open than most, and the filtered water dispenser on the inside is fantastic because I don't need a pitcher anymore and I don't have to sacrifice an entire door shelving like I would with other fridges that have the dispenser on the outside.

Purchased this LG counter depth refrigerator a few months ago and enjoy it more than a previous side by side. Seems To be just what we wanted for size and depth with great interior lighting and plenty of freezer space. The only issue I don’t like and maybe LG has an a answer for this is the left door closes extremely hard. Unlike, the right, at times it feels like you’re going to knock something right off the door shelf if you don’t gently hold the left door as it completely closes. I don’t feel like you should have to hold the door handle until it’s completely closed with out it making a loud banging sound like somebody is slamming it shut. Please advise

I was looking for a fridge that would fit into a very small and narrow gap in my counter. This fridge fits perfectly. It has so much more room than my old fridge even though the footprint is a lot smaller! It really makes my weekly grocery shop for myself look tiny. I can’t ever imagine running low on room as a single person. I imagine this would house a large family’s foodstuffs without incident. There was a minor difficulty with shipping (the promised day came and went without a peep from the delivery folks) but I got it a week later. Overall, I have no complaints. It’s super quiet, beeps if it’s been open a bit too long, makes ice, and dispenses water. This fridge does anything anyone would want out of a fridge.
