I purchased this refrigerator last year around christmas time. So far I don't have any issues, well, for one, it is still brand new, the only quark I have is that to reach the bottom pantry 1/2 doors have to open both doors. But, that may be how it is supposed to be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this refrigerator. It is spacious and holds so much more than my old refrigerator did. The layout is perfect and the bins in the door are big enough to put all of the tall items I use to have to store on my shelves. This opens up the shelves so I can see what is there. I use to have to take things out in order to find what was behind. The freezer bins are also spacious and hold a lot of food. I don't really like that you have to open the door to use the water dispenser but this isn't a problem for me because I chose not to hook up the water. For me this is a five star refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how it’s space saving, yet maximizes the internal storage space. I love the internal water dispenser and the ice maker. This fridge feels huge on the inside while compact on the outside. Makes our old fridge seem obsolete, and our old fridge wasn’t that old.

Needed new fridge. Very nice and quiet. Only problem we had was that the height was to much. Had to have a handy man adjust the bottom of the cabinet. Also the handle to the bottom freezer the screws were stripped, so it was a good thing that I bought the warranty. Received the new handle and was able to place the handle on with no problem. Recommend getting the warranty. That's why less 1 star. I like the fridge. Nice and roomy, freezer is nice and big.

This is my first counter depth, French door refrigerator and I'm glad I bought it. The space inside is amazing, the bins on the doors will hold gallon size cartons of milk with room to spare. This is also one of the largest freezers I've seen which is always a plus. So glad I purchased it.

Our new LG refrigerator that we recently purchased is very well designed. The upper portion allows you to keep food organized and it is easy to access frozen items. It is really quiet! Looks great and is made well. We looked at many brands and configurations and decided to go with this model. No regrets at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this almost 60 days ago. About 30 days into it I got a notice on my phone that the inside temp was to warm. Got home 2 hrs later to find that the condenser stopped working. After some trouble shooting I powered cycled it and it started working again. I didn't have enough clearance for the vents and to save the refrigerator it shut itself off.

I love this new fridge! The space inside is amazingly large and easy to see things. The ice maker in the freezer is awesome. I'm still not sure about the filter though. Water tastes weird and I've emptied 2 gallons of water already. Might try buying a new filter to see if the this one just isn't good.

Lots of space, well lit and easy to find everything. Drawers and doors are conveniently laid out. Although we followed the instructions, the water filter and ice still have a plastic-y taste 5 rounds of ice and 10 gal of water later. Minor gripe is that the ice bucket didn't come with a scoop.

Love my new LG French door fridge/freezer! I came from a Bosch that got bought back due to so many repairs. So happy I chose LG! Love the interior water dispenser and easy to change filter! Ice makes rapidly inside the freezer so no melty ice jams on the door. Highly recommend!
