We have been using our new fridge for approximately one month. The counter depth looks great! The inside is spacious. We have a separate ice maker, so we did not hook up the water to use the ice maker feature. My only criticism is that the shelves are not as adjustable as my last fridge.

We’ve had this refrigerator for 3 weeks. We’re mostly happy with the features. Wish the freezer was a little bigger. Because the refrigerator part is so large, we would like to see more room given to the freezer. We’re kind of disappointed in the water dispenser. You only get about 12 oz of cold water. After that water is room temperature. Also it seems wasteful to need to open the door every time you want to get a drink. In retrospect, we think the LG should have put the water dispenser on the outside, without ice.

I choose this model because of its price, style, and storage space. This is my first LG product. I like everything about it except the internal refrigerator temperature control is not accurate. the lowest temp setting is 33 degrees, at this setting the internal is only 37 degrees. This might seem trivial to some, but I like my stored liquids to be very cold. Other that the temp issue this is a very good unit at a reasonable price.

Our old LG fridge lasted almost 12 yrs & we were very happy with it. This new Counter depth fridge is almost the same model with a few upgrades. Water dispenser inside works great. No button to push with free hand, just press glass against lever to get water. Only 2 produce/meat drawers, but they are large & can hold a lot of food. Even though this is a “counter depth” fridge, it is actually bigger than our old French door fridge. Door shelves are deep & can hold a lot. Freezer compartment big enough. Taller than old fridge so deff measure height! Love the clean look & no finger prints

I am happy with my purchase, in general. I feel like the shelf configuration could be better. I’m extremely limited on space for taller items, but, it works fine, overall. I did have an issue with the unit not cooling; everything in my freezer thawing, and the fridge warming. I had to toss about a thousand dollars worth of food. The fridge lights were still on, which was a confusing thing- it was on, but not working. I had a very good experience with a phone call to customer service, and learned that because while having some electrical work done, a breaker had been shut off, then quickly turned on again, and that was enough to cause the motherboard to shut down, and need to be reset. I was able to reset it, and it began working fine. I think this is a problematic design flaw. If the fridge is not cooling, then the lights and everything should go off, and perhaps an easily accessible, specific reset button should be present. That way you can see that the unit is not cooling, long before you find your stuff thawing. It should also have a built in surge protector, so this DOESN’t happen, with so many power “flickers” that occurs in my area. But, I do like the look and sleek profile of the fridge, and this was the only issue I have had with it so far. As I said, the customer service person was very professional and helpful.

The refrigerator works perfectly so far and, like Winnie the Pooh's treehouse, is much larger on the inside than it appears on the outside! I like the bottom loading freezer. The interior water dispenser is a really great feature, keeping drips off the exterior of the fridge. Have only had it for about a month, but so far it is wonderful!

We are overall happy with this refrigerator/freezer. It was labeled as counter-depth. It isn't counter-depth with my counters/cupboards; however we are happy with the available space in the product. It just sticks out about 7 inches from our counters/cupboards.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall great! But, the bottom freezer gets stuck and freezer drawer/door doesn’t open. Also, the filter water has a chemical taste to it. Overall we do like this refrigerator besides those couple things.

I shopped everywhere looking for that perfect new refrigerator. I love how much can fit into this refrigerator. I have 3 crispers now and it makes my life so easy. I always thought that it was a must have, ice and water in the door. Not any longer. The water is tucked away nicely inside of the refrigerator. And it’s really nice to be able to tie all of my appliances together in one place with the ThinQ application. I’m truly spoiled now. This refrigerator will make your kitchen look sexy!
