I bought this unit two weeks ago and so far it has been great. lots of space in both the fresh food and freezer sections. easy to place and remove items. the unit looks great inside and out. the only problem I had was the two fresh food section doors were not aligned. I followed the instructions to align them and the problem is mostly fixed and the remaining misalignment is not noticable. I never hear the compressor running, very quiet and uses very little power.

I am happy with my purchase, in general. I feel like the shelf configuration could be better. I’m extremely limited on space for taller items, but, it works fine, overall. I did have an issue with the unit not cooling; everything in my freezer thawing, and the fridge warming. I had to toss about a thousand dollars worth of food. The fridge lights were still on, which was a confusing thing- it was on, but not working. I had a very good experience with a phone call to customer service, and learned that because while having some electrical work done, a breaker had been shut off, then quickly turned on again, and that was enough to cause the motherboard to shut down, and need to be reset. I was able to reset it, and it began working fine. I think this is a problematic design flaw. If the fridge is not cooling, then the lights and everything should go off, and perhaps an easily accessible, specific reset button should be present. That way you can see that the unit is not cooling, long before you find your stuff thawing. It should also have a built in surge protector, so this DOESN’t happen, with so many power “flickers” that occurs in my area. But, I do like the look and sleek profile of the fridge, and this was the only issue I have had with it so far. As I said, the customer service person was very professional and helpful.

This fridge is spacious and attractive. It looks a lot like my previous fridge, but it's larger on the inside. The shelves are adjustable, the drawers are deep, and the door shelves are wider. I can store many more items. The freezer drawers are also deep and spacious. The outside is easy to keep clean since I have the no fingerprints finish, and it's a good-looking fridge.

We bought our new fridge while our kitchen was being remodeled. It was delivered without scratches or dents. We have had a problem with that before. Am still reading up on it. Although I tried to find one without a bunch of bells and whistles, they all have some. It is quite roomy and am getting used to where things are. Love love love all the space, in the fridge and refrigerator. Still have the outer plastic covering on it until all of the Reno is finished.

Bought this new refrigerator to replace an existing LG French door refrigerator as a precaution because the old one was 12 years old. We felt that a new one now would help us in the event the old one conked out. We are so glad that we bought this unit as it has been updated and is easier to use than the last one.

We have been using our new fridge for approximately one month. The counter depth looks great! The inside is spacious. We have a separate ice maker, so we did not hook up the water to use the ice maker feature. My only criticism is that the shelves are not as adjustable as my last fridge.

Main refrigerator compartment stays very cold, thanks I believe to the metal panel on the back wall of the fridge. The freezer has produced plenty of ice for our needs. This model operates very quietly. I researched for weeks before making this purchase, as I did NOT want to have to deal with a return or buyer's remorse. The capacity, proper cooling and longevity were my top concerns. So far, we are extremely satisfied with this product!

There isnt anything about this new fridge that I don’t love. From the capacity for storage in the doors to the huge vegetable and meat drawers it is so spacious and well designed. I absolutely love the bottom freezer. It’s so easy to organize and find stuff. I love having the water dispenser inside the fridge and not on the door. It’s much less messy.

Extra thick doors contribute to the interior volume but were not compatible with our cabinets The door hinge location causes the fat doors to fold back, and because of trim around the opening we couldnt push the fridge in as planned. The thick doors actually made the fridge stick our further than a standard depth so we retuned for an LG standard depth. Also the effective storage is limited due to the shallow interior shelves
