Love love this chocolate pie especially the whipped topping.

I did not like the cookie chocolate crust. I liked the old-fashioned crust better.

I absolutely love this pie with the gram cracker crust better. I don't care for the chocolate crust. Way too rich. Please bring back the gram cracker crust!

New recipe - Not good at all, agree with the others- bring back the flaky pie crust, the chocolate pie crust just crumbles. The whole recipe is different than the previous pie, which used to be so good, a family fav. Won't be buying this one again

Sam's French silk pie has always been my favorite. I drive an hour every year, multiple times to get one. This new crust is disgusting and the pie is not good. Bring back the old pie. I'm heartbroken.

It tastes cheap like the frozen pies that you thaw and eat. I thought it looked tinier and cheaper right away. I assumed shrinkflation, but it was worse. As others commented, the chocolate cookie crust is not typical and kinda gross.

l had these pies years ago and they were good but now there's like 3/4 inch of chocolate silk and 2 inches of industrial petroleum based whipped cream filler

Definitely not chocolate silk anymore. It's more of a pudding. The crust is not good compared to years past either. I'm so sad, this pie used to be my FAVORITE! Please bring the old recipe back!
