Assembly instructions are well written, plenty of pictures easy to follow.

Came broken

Have had this for several months now and it is not only functional, but beautiful. We use it to shade part of our deck seating area.

The process was easy to follow and the pre-drilled holes are a great but some of the posts needed to be done with drilled holes noted for direction prior to assembling.

Too many pieces of 1 number not enough of others. Had to reposition holes. Had to improvise to build. Wood was twisted and warped. Tried to send pics but like set up was not possible

Using BILT made the built so much better and easy to follow. I loved being able to manipulate the orientation and have a better view of all the parts and hardware needed.

Very happy ,strong item ,solid like a brick house but hard to understand direction how to put it together

We put ours up about a month ago, and have been enjoying it. We found it easy to assemble and the video on the app was very helpful.

Purchased it on sale and a little disappointed that the price was lowered even more twice shortly after I purchased it.

Nice quality and keeps everything organized. Installed in about 3 hours. Instructions were ok for assembly. At least 2 persons needed to assemble
