Nice Gazebo! We are happy with the end result. It is quite an involved process to put together, but the BILT app was extremely helpful. Feels solid, looks good, has great features; like charging port and electricity, two nice metal bar shelves, hanging hooks, metal roof…

Instructions were pretty straightforward and made it easy to assemble provided you paid attention. Two people are necessary for most of the assembly however, putting the roof on top of the foundation or frame requires a couple extra hands.

Got this to go with our Cordova Gazebo. Love this too! Keeps my husband and his equipment covered while cooking, even when it’s raining. This was much easier than the Cordova because we had already done it once. Still need a third person to get the roof up there. We’re in our mid 60’s.

My wife and I was able to put this together in about 7 hrs. That's included taking breaks and lunch. The directions are step by step and very simple. Please don't be afraid to tackle this project! I bought this one and the 12×14 at the same time. That one took 2-3 because of the rain!

This thing is beautiful. It’s big enough for my Traeger and my Blackstone. Nice to have them covered on rainy days while I’m cooking. It is a beast to assemble! I did the majority of it on my own. I had to get help to put the roof on! It says three people can do it but I would recommend 5. It’s not that it’s super heavy, just large and has to be lifted. Once assembled, you will love it!!

Very happy with the quality of this gazebo. All wood and metal was in good shape. No dents, knots, or dings. Purchased in store. Comes in two boxes. Instructions are very clear except for screwing the roof panels and trim. Other then that it was very easy to follow. Complete setup took about 2 days. You'll need 3 people to help put the roof on. I was very impressed with the quality of the material for the frame of the unit. The only area where I felt the quality decreased was in the roof. It seemed scratch very easily. The part of the directions which I did find somewhat difficult was the assembling of the metal roof. And the only other problem I had was the fact that the roof was to be assembled and then lifted on, which is not something one person or two people could do. I needed to get a group of people to lift the roof up and place on top. Now that it’s been up for a couple days and I have it anchored I like the way it looks and the function of it is working perfectly.

Excellent materials used for the gazebo and expect many years of use. However, assembly instructions (initially missing from kit but quickly provided by Backyard Discovery) were extremely poor - part numbers for each step are shown but few descriptions as to how actual construction should be done. Plenty of hardware included but 2 boards missing for last step of roof assembly - didn't have time to wait for BD to ship parts, so purchased 1"x4"x12' cedar board at local DIY company and made it work). Even with lots of previous "some assembly required" experience, construction was definitely NOT "easy" as stated in on-line product description due to the lack of detailed instructions - too much time spent trying to interpret what the diagram was trying to show and actual actions needed. No mention on-line or in instruction manual in last step that manufacturer recommends that gazebo be attached to concrete slab or wooden deck that can handle the 410-lb weight of structure. Also, no mention in on-line description that roof assembly must be done on flat ground and that 3+ tall and strong people are then needed to raise the 150-180 lb roof onto frame assembly. It seems that with a few tweaks to the instructions, the roof assembly could be built on top of the frame assembly in a more traditional way of roofing a structure; had to hire 3 people to get the roof up onto the frame. As previously mentioned, expect many years of use from this gazebo and looking forward to getting started doing so.

So I purchased a gazebo on a Friday and paid in full. I scheduled for a 9 AM Sunday pick up. My girlfriend went to church on Sunday. I went to Sams Club and when I went to the delivery area the gentleman came out and said sorry your order is canceled. I said I paid for it. How could they cancel my order he said you have to go inside so I spoke to the customer service rep and he was kind of not too concerned about my predicament he said didn't you check your email? I said the account is under my wife's name and she's at church. There were two available and the four model. When I went there they had none. Seems to really quick to take the money, but not the responsibility of the customer who's paying to use your service. I asked the customer service rep if there was anyone close by that had another one in stock. He said yes, Fort Myers. An hour and 40 minutes later I arrived in Fort Myers. It took them over an hour to complete my purchase because they had to cancel the previous order which was already canceled by the way. The whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth. But you know how corporate America works too bad is the attitude. I will be thinking twice before I purchase anything from your company.

Missing parts, going on 2 weeks and still no word on if parts are coming. Took about 8hrs to build, i’m not going to take it apart (who knows how long), exchange it for another and take another 8hrs to build. Not including the 30min drive to the Sam’s Club.
