The end result is a really beautiful gazebo. Unfortunate my husband and I are very much less than handy and can not follow direction all that well so we had a lot of steps to redo. For people who are even remotely handy assemble should be easy. We had a point in the assembly when we realized that the gazebo was going to be too big to fit inside our screened lanai (totally my fault for measuring incompletely.). Customer service was wonderful and offered to have the boxes picked back up with no restocking fee. This says a lot about the company and their dedication to customer satisfaction. We were able to find another location to home our gazebo and look forward to getting a lot of use out of it in the years to come. I would definitely recommend this product to my friends.

All shipping and support exceeded expectations. The assembly was not too difficult and the alignment of holes between boards was amazing. On the Roof Assembly (Step 25) I would suggest modifying the 3rd tip: "Layout all roof sections to center and determine equal gaps BEFORE any screws are used." I had a false start and needed to remove screws and adjust. Would be great to see what others have done with their Gazebo. I'm now trying to figure out lights over my grill and smoker and perhaps an exhaust fan.

Excellent addition to our deck as a grill gazebo! First, the 3 boxes this came in were very heavy- going to need at least 2 people to move to the area of the build. Second, you will absolutely need at least 3 people to get the roof on. Highly recommend you sort all of the wood and hardware pieces BEFORE you begin the build. We set up 2 separate 6 foot tables for each. All of the hardware is easily listed via stickers on each bag so don't get overwhelmed with the amount of bags! The wood is all labeled on the ends with the corresponding part %23. We had to utilize both the paper booklet of instruction and the Built App recommended- and the app was definitely more useful at times. This is sold construction; all of the pre-drilled holes lined up perfectly. You even get extra pieces of hardware "just in case". We did not put the roof panels on until after the roof was put into place as other reviewers recommended same and we're glad we did! It took 3-4 people to get the roof frame into place safely. Side tables are nice and the power port allows for phone charging while grilling. This is worth every penny!

I bought this and a matching "corner pergola" las month. Both are absolutely fabulous. I did each one over a weekend with a bit of help from my college age daughter. Instructions are really good, the hardware is top notch and I couldn't be happier

Quality is very good. Looks great! Assembly is best with 2 people and takes a few hours. Polyurethane all wood parts first. Everyone who has seen it wants one! I put it adjacent to the Backyard Discovery Norwood. Wish they would fit together without a gap.

My son-in-law and his Dad put this together for my sister and me. They both said it had great directions and each part was marked correctly, except 1 board was missing (Q9). They are very resourceful and went to Lowe’s to buy a board. They cut it to fit. It took them a day and a few hours to get it all put together. We all love it

The Gazebo does take at least 2 people to complete, and for DIY'ers it took a full weekend to complete the construction. My only complaint is sealing the wood. I would have paid more for the kit if it was presealed. Other than that, it's a nice addition to the back yard.

Great quality! Follow the instructions and recruit a few friends. It took two days at a steady pace for two seniors. Thrilled that a few extra pieces of hardware were included “just in case”. A play structure for the grandkids might be the next purchase.

Arrives in 2 200 lb boxes with no option for “white glove” delivery unless you pay to have it installed. We’re in our 60s so getting it to back yard was a challenge. It is as shown and looks really nice in on our patio. Will stain it a darker brown fall. It is a medium brown.

I missed out last year when they went on sale. But I got one this year for $799. I put it together in a weekend myself with help from our son to lift up the top panel. It took about 12 hours in all to complete. Very welcome shade as I live in the Phoenix area.
