It isn't slow at all and is easy to hold . The controls are a little confusing but it's like a Xbox controller I am kinda confused on how to work it all. I'm still learning as I go. This is a PC and Xbox in one and is a very cool item . It's got great siound and picture as well. It's kinda pricey but worth it. Take it with you on the go anytime. Only issue I have is everything is little print and I have a hard time reading and working it. I highly recommend!!!!

My teenager loves it, he can connect to T.V. with his dock( extra did not come with product) and play with his friends. It is charged with in a couple hours. Comes with cable. Has a great grip the handles are very comfortable when playing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This hand held is very powerful, allows you to game on steam from your x box or buy your own games on it. The issue I see with the device is that it is advertised as an Xbox to go. You can only play games that you own on the ally by cloud gaming into your own x box or if it's a “play everywhere title”. They give you 3 months of Xbox premium but you need ultimate to download the pc games to the ally. Buying a steam deck would be cheaper and accomplish nearly the same.

It's comfortable to hold with the handles and once you're logged into your Xbox account you can play games from your other console on the handheld. It functions and loads fast. Also, it feels very heavy duty. The price is high but I honestly think the product and all the abilities you have with it make it well worth it.

The only downfall I have for this console is that it is advertised as a handheld xbox, but this device is no such thing. It allows for you to play xbox games with subscription game pass or games that you own through the xbox console. I think the advertising is a bit misleading but overall the device is very versatile and convenient.

It's hard to navigate, the keyboard disappears randomly, and several games have a tendency to lag. All of which makes for a frustrating gaming experience. I hope to see some updates in the coming months that make this device more of an easy reach. As far as comfort goes, I love the ergonomic design. It has a really good hand feel. I like the color; white is classy in my opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from Influenster and ASUS in exchange for my honest review. First off, the build quality? Legit solid. It feels premium in your hands, like something that should deliver a full portable-gaming experience. But here's the thing, it's basically an iPad in cosplay. I wanted to completely love it, but it looks like a handheld console with its three different gaming aesthetics, but once you start using it, you realize it's really just a handheld computer that can play games—not something that gives you that true, immersive gamer vibe. The controls especially. They look slick, but functionally they feel more decorative than operational. You can definitely use them, but they don't deliver the responsiveness or precision you'd expect from an actual gaming handheld. Concerning the software, downloading games has been a headache, although it connects to WiFi flawlessly. Titles show an error saying they're already downloaded, yet they don't appear in the library. Nothing kills the mood faster than wanting to dive into a new game and instead getting stuck in digital limbo. Lastly, the features have "glitches". For example, the keyboard. Several times I was trying to sign in with my password on the lock screen and the keyboard wouldn't activate properly. Overall, the system has great hardware quality, and the concept is cool. But if you're buying this expecting a true handheld-console experience, this isn't quite that. It's more like a tablet. Still solid, but definitely has some issues.

Works well. Very handy when playing games like Minecraft with the kids so everyone isn't huddled around my PC. Lets me have a portable Windows machine too in a pinch.
