This oil is also multi-use I not only use this for cooking but also I use this oil in my hair growth oil and it really keeps my scalp moisturized and prevents my ends from splitting. I like this brand probably the best. I find it easy to use and I never go too far overboard when using it. My food turns out just delicious! One bottle can go a long way so it’s got a good price tag for the quantity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite way to use this oil is to make a salad with lemon, salt, pepper and Italian herbs. Seriously, this oil is the best. Especially if you're trying to eat healthier and don't like the traditional flavor.

I use this all the time for pan sautéing veggies and searing meats. There’s no smoke at low and medium temperatures and very little smoke when searing steak at medium-high temperatures. We live in an apartment and love to pan cook steaks and steak bites. Our smoke detectors don’t go off even without any windows open. Great stuff for higher heat cooking!

It has a very light and almost refreshing olive oil flavor. Would be great in making your own fresh dressing. I would definitely recommend this olive oil and will be buying more.

Being Italian I’m always frying meatballs, eggplant and chicken cutlets. I’ve tried a lot of oils. Being it’s extra light I was worried it would have a funny taste and not cook correctly for my needs. But wow I can’t believe my kids and boyfriend didn’t notice the difference and we were able to save calories at the same time. Any time I can swap in healthier options it’s a win. And this product is a huge win since I’m always cooking with oil. It doesn’t burn and can handle the heat. It truly reminds me of when I was growing up the oil Olive in the big cans/tins that you would have to poke holes in from Italy. It has an authentic taste that reminds me of being a kid and I love the fact I can now share that with my kids.
