[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use olive oil for almost all of our recipes which call for oil. We, also, pan fry occasionally. This olive oil is perfect for both. You can use Bertolli Classico Olive Oil to pan fry (doesn't smoke alot like some olive oils may do), and the food has a wonderful taste when done this way.

Heats up well in pan and cooks my food the way I need it to cook. I’ve tried other brands and didn’t like them as much. This olive oil has a very clean taste unlike other brands always have this left over taste in my food and not as pleasant. I make my Fideo with this oil.

It has a high smoking point so it is great for up to 410 degrees Fahrenheit of cooking. It is just the right consistency, not too thick or thin. It has great versatility in the kitchen for however you may wish to use it. It’s a great everyday oil to keep in the kitchen to handle most cooking applications.

Definitely recommend this product as an alternative for those who would want to cook healthier without any adjustment to taste in food! I honestly couldn’t see the difference between Vegetable oil and this Extra Light Olive Oil! ABSOLUTELY love it!

It heats quickly and doesn’t burn the food or leave or oily greasy taste. It’s suitable for vegetables, meats or even to lightly grill a sandwich. I actually think this would be a great oil to use when making salad dressings. My olive oil was not thick, which I like, but be careful when pouring so you don’t go over board and pour too much if you are not using messing devices. Definitely a light and refreshing olive oils compared to some others.
