Great for sautéing and frying. Mild taste. I know it sounds crazy however it was recommended for a skin moisturizer. It actually helped.

As far as Olive oils go I tend to like this one due to its light taste. It's still more expensive than I'd like to pay. But, since it's a Sam's Club deal, it's a better price than the grocery store.

This olive oil is refined which is not good quality. Refined olive oil is a low-quality olive oil that has been treated with heat and chemicals to remove defects, resulting in a neutral taste, color, and odor. I will be returning this.
