I wanted to get away from seed oils. Been using this instead for over a year. Works well, lite taste, not heavy like the oluve oil in the dark bottle.

Great for sautéing and frying. Mild taste. I know it sounds crazy however it was recommended for a skin moisturizer. It actually helped.

Well in the news you can’t be sure it’s 100% olive oil even though it’s a trusted brand. I only use this for cooking and not fine dining applications.

This olive oil is refined which is not good quality. Refined olive oil is a low-quality olive oil that has been treated with heat and chemicals to remove defects, resulting in a neutral taste, color, and odor. I will be returning this.
