I love Bertolli cooking oils because are healthier and flavor is great is a little pricey but is well worth it . I think this Extra light olive 🫒 oil will be staple In my pantry is thin ,order is minimal even when is hot and that’s a plus for me . I love the bottle dispenser easy to dispense the right amount, my husband loves to take a little tea spoon for best digestion and he said is by far the best for that purpose I will recommend and continue to use .

I used it for my pork chops and yellow rice and it has great flavor. You can’t taste the “olive” like I thought I was going to which was a pleasant surprise. I can’t wait to use it again.

I use to fry an egg but I didn’t like to much , it’s good for me just with salads . So I recommend if you wanna have this one just for salads .

I like that it has a mild taste, and it’s light and so versatile. This is a great brand and I have use this one for a while. The price point is on par with the amount that you get. The container size was great for pan frying the thin meats, veggies, and frozen foods. The food cooked with no issue at high temperatures. I smelled little to no oil smell. I could barely smell that there was anything being fried. I enjoy the variety of foods that I can cook with and found my food to be delicious. My food actually tasted the best that it ever has after using this!

This oil is also multi-use I not only use this for cooking but also I use this oil in my hair growth oil and it really keeps my scalp moisturized and prevents my ends from splitting. It works very well and doesn't leave my food with any weird taste or anything. It does add a bit of flavor to the food especially if you're frying something. Great to fry potatoes
