Just use a little and it does everything you need it too! Great for a simple pasta base. Also love to use it with my puerto Rican recipes like arroz con gandules etc it works great! Light flavor and only need a little. It goes a long way!!

It works very well and doesn't leave my food with any weird taste or anything. It does add a bit of flavor to the food especially if you're frying something. Great to fry potatoes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You really got to be careful what oils you use for certain foods. I like to cook a lot of Mexican food and family was wanting enchiladas. I used this amazing oil to heat up my corn tortillas and I even used a little bit in my chili for roasting. It worked absolutely amazing for both and the flavor was absolutely fantastic!!! Perfect for stir frying and fried foods making me feel like I’m being healthier. Definitely a new go to for the kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how this olive oil can be cooked at a temperature of 410 degrees. The taste was neutral, not so overbearing like other oils. The only thing I would change is for it not to be made with refined oil and come in an organic version.
