Unfortunately, like other reviews on this product, I have suffered from an allergic reaction. I have a red, itchy swollen rash around the lower part of my face, mainly around my chin and lip area which has now progressed to under my eye. My skin has started to flake and I am very upset as, I do not usually have dry skin. I have had to use calamine lotion on my skin to try and calm the burning, itchy sensation that is across my face.

I have to say, I love neutrogena. I usually use the healthy skin boosters cleanser and scrubs (my staple for the past 4 years). I decided to get the new hydro boost exfoliating cleanser and hydro boost cleansing gel for the winter since my skin is extra dry in the winter. I got it on Sunday, today is Wednesday and my face looks TERRIBLE! I look like I'm sick. For the past 2 days I've been itchy and scratching my face, especially around the mouth area. I dnt have any known allergies but I am disappointed in this product. I can't believe it!I love this company and stick to only neutrogena's products for my face but I don't know what to do besides throwing these 2 products away. I bought the hydro boost gel a week prior to buying the cleanser and exfoliater and had no issue until I started using the rest of the line. *I have never had any acne issues or black heads, only dry skin. I stopped using the healthy skin booster for a week just to test these 2 products. *

I Bought this product this past weekend and I used it two days in a row. AftAfter using it, the two times my face broke out in an itchy rash and has been red and itchy for three days straight. Myskin is also starting to peel, and my neck is filled with a rash

This product is perfect for those with dry skin. It is exfoliating enough to cleans the skin and unclog pores while still leaving the skin hydrated. The exfoliates are gentle enough to allow for everyday use of this cleanser and gentle enough for those with sensitive skin!

This exfoliater is amazing i have been useing it for a couple of weeks along with the face wash and multivitamins serum and my face is starting to clear up alot its not to harsh it turns in to a gel foam texture it does make my face a little dry but that goes away after i moisturize its not expensive i would recommend it for anyone with dry skin

Absolutely love this cleanser. The exfoliating beads are not abrasive at all and do a great job at taking off dead skin without being rough on your skin. Also is hydrating as well. Definitely recommend this cleanser to someone who has dry sensitive skin.

Sadly this product did not work for me. I’m surprised there’s no negative reviews for the Hydroboost Exfoliating Cleanser in this site, all you see are the great reviews first. I do not recommend this product, it left my skin REALLY irritated, dry, and uncomfortably itchy! For a second I thought I might’ve gotten an allergic reaction to something I ate, but not at all, I used the cleaner for a second time to make sure and yet again I had horrible bumps and was super red and swollen. Never buying from this brand again. I wanted to like it so bad, but this reaction is seriously so annoying. I should’ve check the reviews for this product before I purchased, dumb mistake since I’m always reading reviews for other products.

I use this everyday. I love how the little beads feel on my face and it leaves my skin feeling fresh. I always moisturize after but so many face washes leave my skin feeling dry. This has lasted me a long time and doesnt take much! I will be buying this again when i run out.
