I've been using the Hydro Boost system for over a month and love the smell and overall softness of my skin, however I missed the exfoliating aspect. As soon as I could, got the Exfoliating Cleanser and absolutely love it!! Does not dry out my skin, it gives that tingly feeling after exfoliating and smells wonderful like all the Hydro Boost products. I am 60 and prefer this to other so called anti-aging products.

I have been a fan of Neutrogena since I was a teenager dealing with acne. I am now 66 years old and have great skin by all accounts, even mine. I use all of the Hydraboost products. The exfoliating cleanser is my go to choice after a workout. I feel that it gets my face nice and clean without drying it. I am likely to use the non-exfoliating version at night. After washing I use the Hydraboost serum, the tinted moisturizer during the day and the extra dry cream at night. This routine works for me. When buying the Hydraboost tinted moisturizer I chose shade 50, beige. The color is just right for me. I have found that the concealer is a great product as well, but went with the light/medium which works perfectly. Two thumbs up from me!

This cleanser works so well. After just a week of using it I could see a huge improvement in the clarity of my skin, especially since I was working with very oily, un-cleansed skin. You can really feel the little exfoliators scrubbing away the buildup. Now my T-zone is smooth, not bumpy at all, and feels fresher than ever. Highly recommend!

I love the Hydro Boost line and this is a great addition! Way to go Neutrogena. Not only does this product smell amazing my skin instantly felt smoother and more hydrated. This product was also gentle on my sensitive skin... Perfect Cleanser for ALL!

I bought this and have been using it for a couple weeks. It really gently exfoliates and smooths. My skin doesn't feel excessively dry after using. I'm happy to have a convenient way to exfoliate and wash my skin everyday. I have not tried to wash off makeup with this cleanser. I use a makeup remover first. Probably this would not be a great cleanser for washing makeup off.

I have used Neutrogena products all my life and the older I get I notice that I'm getting acne more and because I've always had good results with your products I decided to try this, and I must say for the most part it appears to be doing wonders for my skin. Thanks

It's everything I expected it to be. I have been using Neutrogena Hydro Boost Gel Moisturizer (Extra Dry) along with their Gel Facial Cleanser for over a year now and I swear by it, so it was only natural that I try out the Gentle exfoliating Cleanser and it's great! I have dry, aging skin and this is the best line of facial products that I have come across in many, many years.

I have been using Hydro Boost Exfoliating Cleanser and follow up with Clear Pore Oil-Eliminating Astringent for over a year and haven't had one breakout! This combination is wonderful for my acne-prone skin and gentle enough to use every day before putting on my Healthy-Skin moisturizer and Skin Clearing Make-up foundation. Thank you, Neutrogena!

Exfoliating is not as intense as microdermabrasion so don’t expect that. That being said, it really cleans my skin yet is gentle enough to use once daily. I alternate it with the hydro boost cleansing gel. Bonus, love the smell!

I bought this product since I have always used neutrogena in the past without any problems, but this time was different. After only one use, I woke up the next morning with my eyes almost completely swollen shut and red. Even now three days later, my face has a red, rash and my skin, which is normally oily, is dried out and I look like a reptile. I have never reacted to any product ever before so I have no clue why it happened with this product, so I definitely wouldn't recommend for anyone who has sensitive skin.
