This is the first step in my skincare routine. This is the third or forth time I've purchased it and nothing else has compared by far. I have very sensitive skin and it's the only exfoliant that doesnt irritate my skin. I reccomend it to anyone who needs a good staple face wash.

I bought this product over a week ago, I started to use this along with the hydro make up wipes and the milk cleanser. After the first day I noticed by skin become very sensitive and dry and flaky, I stupidly continued to use it for another day and my skin became irritable and itchy with small cysts all over my face and neck, my eyes have swelled and my entire face is constantly burning. I have been unable to wear make up for the past couple of days and have had to go to the doctors as it is not getting better after stopping using the product. I don't know which ingredient you have in there that is clearly not tested properly on different skin types, but I wish I had read the reviews before buying. Would not use any of your products again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This exfoliating cleanser worked GREAT! I have serious issues with clogged pores, so I was excited to try this, and it didn't disappoint! It felt so nice as I scrubbed it over my face and especially around my problem areas (nose area, chin), and I felt it sloughing away bumps and dead skin. I scrubbed it in for at least a minute or two - the longer I scrubbed, the smoother my face felt. When I finally washed it off, it left my face feeling so smooth and clean!! One thing I especially love is the note on the tube that it isn't made with plastic microbeads, which are causing a serious pollution problem for our environment - love that feature! I didn't love the scent - it almost smelled like generic bar soap, which was weird, but it worked so well, the scent really didn't matter much. Love this product, and I'm excited to make it a part of my every day routine!

I recently bought seeing that includes papaya extract and glycol acid (both of are good exfoliators). When I used it, the base gel cleanser seemed very similar to other expensive exfoliators i have previously used. However, the micro beads are a bit to harsh for my skin. I was left red cheeks and one or two small pimples. Didn't dare use it a second time. Surely, would have been better without the micro beads.

I have used neutragena products for years, especially the acne products. Since getting closer to the age of 50 my skin has become more combination and dry in some areas with large pores. I seen this in the store and decided to try it since it has lactic acid, glycolic acid, and the hyaluronic acid. After using this product for some time I don't think it is for everyday use. It is like a mild chemical peel. I use it every other or third day. A little goes a long way so go sparingly and don't scrub your face hard. This product also is hard to wash off, so you really have to use a great deal of water to fully get it all off but once you do your face will feel fresh, soft and very smooth. The scent is not bad but a little strong. Overall, I will keep using this product because I have noticed my pores have shrunk dramatically, skin tone is better, my skin is hydrated, and it feels good.

I think Neutragena Hydro Boost Exfoliating Cleanser is a good product. This exfoliator has beads that’s a good size & not too many so it’s gentle on the skin. This cleanser is a light gel. The bottle is squeezable & easy to dispense. I love that this product is soap free, paraban free, & noncomedogenic. It won’t clog your pores. It’s was very effective at removing dirt & the oils in my t-zone. It left my skin feeling clean, INCREDIBLY soft, & refreshed! I LOVE the scent!! It’s light & fresh. After using Neutragena Hydro Boost Exfoliating Cleanser, I would use a toner then a light moisturizer. This creates a smooth clean surface to put on my foundation flawlessly. I Have Been Using Neutrogena Hydro Boost Daily Gel Cream Exfoliating Cleanser With Hyaluronic Acid For A Few Months Now & I Love It. The Texture Is A Very Jelly Like Substance Glides On Very Smooth & I Can Tell It Pumps Moisture Into My Skin. I Live In WA State & My Skin Suffers Alot With Dryness. Absolutely love this cleanser. The exfoliating beads are not abrasive at all and do a great job at taking off dead skin without being rough on your skin. Also is hydrating as well. Definitely recommend this cleanser to someone who has dry sensitive skin.
