I have been looking forward to trying this Smoked Turkey for so long and I was able to get one this week. I cooked it tonight and it was raw inside and so sweet! I really wanted to love it but I'm really disappointed. I would not buy it again.

It has a nice flavor to it and is easy to prepare. After, I made a nice stock with the leftover carcass and it tasted good. Yummy. Nothing goes to waste.
