I have not had these long enough to see a visible difference but I know I feel better trying to do something to help minimize my wrinkles and improve my elasticity of my skin. maybe I will post another review at the end of this bottle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok so I normally do a collagen mix supplement that you put in to your drink. This a little more convenient because it’s a pill form. You can take all three at once or spread it out during the day. The one thing is if you have a hard time swallowing pills these are kinda big. For me they were easy to swallow one by one and they didn’t really have a bad taste or odor. They made my skin look nice and glowing. They were also gluten free and I like that because I have an allergy. I definitely would buy again.

I like the packaging, and the product is convenient to take every day. I appreciate that it contains Verisol collagen peptides, vitamin C, and biotin, ingredients that support skin, hair, and nails. I haven’t noticed major changes yet, but I’m hoping to see improvements in my skin, nails, and joints with continued use. You take 3/day, anytime of day. The only reason I took off a star is due to the size of the pills. I don’t have problems taking large pills but the size and quantity could definitely be an issue for someone who is sensitive to larger pills.

The tablets are rather large and you have to take 3 of them (down from a previous formulation when you had to take more). They are smooth so they go down easily, however if you struggle with large pills, this may not be for you. I have had NO adverse effects, just not seeing the regrowth I was hoping to see above my temples where my hair is a little thinner. (Previously bought 2 big bottles in a store before this bottle.)

These pills contain Biotin, Collegen, Vitamin C, and 2 grams of Protein. I have just started taking them I think it will take a bottle or 2 taken consistently to see real results
