My skin is looking less dull and healthier and the verisol is what I think makes the difference. I also love that it's only 3 tablets to take and they can be taken all at once or broken up over the day. The bottle comes with a 25 day supply and I can definitely see myself repurchasing.

I like that it uses verisol collagen peptides which have been clinically studied for skin health. There is also a good amount of biotin which not only helps the skin but your hair and nails. I appreciate that it’s an easy supplement to stay consistent with. Although supplements are not an overnight fix, we know consistency is key for these things and good things take time. Overall, this is a great option to support skin (and hair and nails) from the inside out.

Unfortunately they are horse pills! I was shocked when I opened the bottle to see how huge they are and you need to take 3 a day. That is definitely going ti be a challenge.

The only drawback of this is the amount of pills per day & the size of them. I do typically have a hard time taking bigger pills so these were a challenge. I do like seeing quick results so I’ll keep taking them!

Dosage is up to 3 pills a day, I started taking only 2 as I hav3 a sensitive stomach. These do not bother my stomach at all. Today I will step it up to 3 pills. Too early to tell if they are working but I have super high hopes.

You can either take then all at once or take then throughout the day. The pills are somewhat large, but they are flavorless so it's not too bad if you're able to swallow large pills. There is no bitter flavor or weird aftertaste. I didn't experience any negative side effects while taking these. After taking these for a couple weeks, I noticed my skin seemed more plump and less dry. My hair and nails also feel stronger. I'd recommend giving these a try if you want to improve your skin and add more collagen to your routine.

I see that it has the most obvious effects on my nail, my nail are no longer fragile since I use this product, and the effect on the skin is not obvious

They don't make me feel sick like a lot of other supplements do, which is great!
