At my age collagen is something you need to include into your day not only for anti-aging and beauty upkeep, but also for your joint health. I am on a medication that frequently interacts with a lot of things however, this did not interact with my thyroid medicine, but I do suggest to take it at least an hour after any other medication’s. The tablets are large. I do wish they were a bit smaller as I had a hard time getting them down, but I didn’t notice any odd taste or smells to them. I experienced mild stomach irritation the first week that I took these, but that has eased up as well. Seems a little bit more tight or plump and just less visible dryness so that’s been a nice place. I just also recently got fake nails taken off, so my nails are really brittle and this is helping them to grow in a lot faster and I’m hoping a lot stronger. I would definitely recommend these. They’re easy to take and in a convenient container, much better than having to mix a collagen powder into my coffee or into a smoothie or into a drink.
