I think it would take more time to notice any changes in skin elasticity and wrinkles. There are only 75 tablets in one bottle and the instruction says to take 3 pills a day. That is only about 25 days. I wish there are more tablets in a bottle. The pills are pretty big, but I did not have trouble taking them. There is no smell or taste. It is easy to incorporate in my daily routine. Overall, I would purchase more after I run out to see if it helps improve my skin.

I have tried more collagen supplements than I can count. The serving size is 3 per day. I only take two per day. I take them without food, one at a time and in between meals on an empty stomach. My Dietician recommended I take them with an electrolyte drink that has a little salt and sugar in it. The supplement will bind to it and get it through my digestive system fastest. This reduces the time it's in my stomach. I have not had a single tummy issue. I have noticed my face does feel a little more elastic. Plus, my hair also looks and feels healthier. I have fine hair and have noticed significantly less breakage. I know It can take several weeks and even months to see the total full strength effect. However, I have seen enough improvement after only a few weeks to continue taking them and add them permanently to my supplement routine. I highly recommend this supplement. Packaging is simple and easy to dispense. Tablets are on the larger side and dosage is 3 tablets, so can be difficult for some to swallow.
