I’ve been having a little extra hair shedding over the last 3 months and started taking these and have already seem a reduction in my hair shedding. The pills are easy to swallow but do have a chalky coating. I’m taking 3 a day for the full effect!

It would actually be great if it was 1 pill daily instead of 3 especially since its so big. But I do hope to see some results soon!

I feel like since taking these, my skin looks smoother and some of my fine lines are not as visible. I have also noticed my nails aren't so brittle and growing a lot faster. I love the fact that it's dairy free because I have issues with too much dairy.
