I love the bottle that these come in, it’s squared off so it has a perfect spot on the shelf in my medicine cabinet. I was a bit turned off initially at how large these pills are, and the fact that a daily dose is 3 of them! But honestly, due to the shape, they go down rather easily and you can take all 3 at the same time, or spread them out throughout the day. As far as I can tell, these are odorless and tasteless, but the effects are visible in my overall texture and glow. I look forward to continuing daily use and seeing if my results continue to improve!

I feel like this product also does a wonderful job with keeping wrinkles at bay like the other Youtheory products I have used for years, but while not looking for this added benefit, my nails are growing like crazy and look so healthy as well. I am very pleased with this product specifically but would recommend any Youtheory collagen products.

In a short time my hair and nails looks a lot nicer. Three pills a day, taking all at once or spreading out throughout the day.

The tablet is a bit big I had to split into 2. The dosage is high you have to take 3 a day and there is about 75 tablets in the container. So you definitely need to invest in a bigger pack for longevity.

The pill is quite large but there is no unpleasant taste or smell. Directions say to take 3x a day or 3 pills all at once which is a lot of pills.. I can say that I have felt a difference not only on my skin but I believe my general energy as well. They are pretty big pills and the consistency that you get when you put them in your mouth is a little powdery but not bad tasting. I was really excited to use this product as it contains collagen and I really am trying to regularly have collagen in my diet since there are so many benefits! However, even though this was convenient to take since it’s a tablet, I think it actually ended up making me break out since I’ve had like 5 pimples pop up since using this and haven’t changed anything else in my diet. I won’t be using this anymore but hopefully it works for someone else.

But I have a few complaints about this product: 1 - there's no clear evidence that ingesting collagen helps the body produce it and 2 - the doily dosage is 3 capsules, so the bottle would last less than a full month (only 25 days).
