[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been taking collagen (other brands) for the past year, and was interested to see if there would be a difference between those and the Youtheory collagen. Overall, I believe that there was a noticeable difference by the end of the month (contains 30-day supply). If my skin was a 6/10 before Youtheory collagen, I would now rank it a 7.5/10. The bottle contains a 30-day supply of vitamins. Each day, the user will take 3 tablets. This can be a little bulky depending on the size of your pill containers and how many other supplements you are taking. After seeing a noticeable difference, I do plan to switch to youtheory for my collagen supplement needs.

I have thinner, finer hair and this has made it feel more voluminous. My skin seems to be benefitting as well, feels like I have some bounce to my skin. I do not seem to have any issues with my stomach and I typically have a sensitive stomach. I included a picture with a standard Qtip to give you an idea of the size of the pills. I do one at a time just fine.

It contains Verisol collagen peptides which are great to support skin, as I noticed that my skin feels a little smoother and hydrated.

It's a pretty big pill but it has no noticeable flavor so it goes down easily and I seem to digest it well. I've noticed a slight difference in my nail growth and strength but not sure it's helped with my hair growth or skin elasticity.

The capsules are a little large and they have a kind of weird smell but I feel like that's to be expected with any health product. Plenty come in the container. Always ask your doctor before taking any new supplements.

The pills are easy to take and didn't have a taste. It may be something that takes more time/doses to see results. Overall though it seems like a good product and a good price point!

I took time to write this review, not because I didn't want to write it, because I was waiting to see results. For me, I didn't see anything, but that's just me. So I can't speak to anything clearly bad or good about the product itself.

Results are slow just like with any other brand I tried. You also have to stay consistent otherwise your hair goes back to where it was. I received this product in exchange for my honest review.

I do prefer that it is in capsule as opposed to powder because the taste of collagen can be a little offputting sometimes. It can be a costly if I were to take it regularly, but maybe when I see it go on sale, I will stock up to give it a longer try.
