I will admit I’m one of those adults who loves gummy vitamins. But the format for the collagen is horse pill, which isn’t my favorite. I do have to say that so far my skin is looking glowier and feels softer.

Despite this, I've been taking these daily for 3 weeks and I feel like my nails are somewhat stronger. I also have gone through this bottle fairly quickly because 3 capsules a day to equals 1 serving recommended by NSF.

I was a little disappointed in the amount of product v the size of packaging. The bottle is only about 1/3 full. I don't know if this is because it was sent as a sample to try or if a this is a full size product that you would get if you purchased it in store. That being said, if you like to take a collagen supplement, I don't see any issues with it - no side effects of note. It's just really up to personal preference of how you would like to take your collagen: powder v pill form.

The pills were absolutely giant and having to take 3 if them wasn't pleasant. I'm going to give it a few more weeks but the size of the pills and the fact you need to take 3 makes me more likely to look for something more convenient.

The suggested dose is three tablets daily, and I have tolerated this supplement welll. The pills are easy to swallow, and I plan to continue to take them until the bottle is empty- hoping to see improvement in skin texture.

I take mine with food so it absorbs better. The tablets are pretty large but they’re scored so you can break it in half if you need to. Hoping to see consistent changes in my skin soon!

The pills are fairly large and having to take 3 daily in addition to any other vitamins/supplements you may take can get arduous. Since it’s 3 pills daily, a bottle doesn’t last that long so you’d need to restock monthly. I’d personally prefer if the dose was 2 pills or less, a gummy version or overall the powder form. Unfortunately a handful of the pills were broken when I opened the package. I can’t say I’ve seen obvious results but it’s only been 2 weeks. My skin maybe looks slightly more plump/hydrated.
