The dose is 3 pills a day and they don't have a bad taste and start dissolving as soon as they hit your to tongue. They are fine mixing with other vitamins. And my nails grew super long and they are normally brittle.

My nails feel stronger than ever, and while I haven't noticed a huge change in my hair, I definitely didn't see any negative effects. I took 3 tablets per day as recommended, and I do feel like that dosage had a positive effect on my joints, particularly my knees and ankles, which I have some trouble with. I didn't notice any taste to the tablets at all, and I found the packaging easy to open and dispense from. Overall, I'm convinced to keep supplementing high quality collagen.

These pills were easy to swallow and although I didn’t see them dissolve, I also didn’t ever see them again so I assume they did fine. Bottle was square which was a nice change because I felt like it used all the space in my cabinet as opposed to the traditional cylindrical bottles.

They are a little powdery, but I appreciate the fact that there is no aftertaste. After taking these a few weeks, I found that my nails seemed a bit stronger. The product seems effective and promising for supporting skin health, but the pill size is quite large, and taking three at a time is a bit inconvenient.
