Overall, I believe that there was a noticeable difference by the end of the month (contains 30-day supply). If my skin was a 6/10 before Youtheory collagen, I would now rank it a 7.5/10. The bottle contains a 30-day supply of vitamins. Each day, the user will take 3 tablets. This can be a little bulky depending on the size of your pill containers and how many other supplements you are taking. After seeing a noticeable difference, I do plan to switch to youtheory for my collagen supplement needs.

I did feel like it was immediately taking affect because other ones take a long time so that's a plus. The only thing I would say is that contrary to the one that I actually consider favorite, with YouTherapy, you have to take three pills at a time versus the other one is just two at a time. Additionally, the other one is in a capsule that's tasteless but this one has a powdery taste, which I don't mind but I don't love. So I'm sure if people are sensitive they won't love tasting it and having to try to consume three of them.
