After just three weeks, I’ve already noticed an improvement in my skin’s overall appearance and elasticity. My face looks healthier, and my skin feels firmer. It’s also very easy to take- just three capsules a day, which I take after a meal. The price is another big plus, especially comparing to many other collagen brands on the market. So far I’m really happy with the results, and will definitely continue using it.

They are a large tablet but easy to swallow and digest easily without upsetting the stomach. I feel like my hair and nails are improving over the first few weeks of using this product. Im hoping to also see chcanges with my hair in the future! My only complaint is that the pills are big and chalky and hard to take. They leave that feeling of a pill stuck in your throat for a few hours and you have to take 3 of them. They also have an aftertaste but its not too bad.

The added biotin and vitamin C is a very nice bonus. These ultimately should replace 2-3 other vitamins I take daily.
