That is half the dose of other similar collagen products. The pill itself is not coated but the size is smaller which is easier to swallow. These are a dietary supplement that helps minimize wrinkles and Improve skin elasticity. They are supposed to help with hair growth and nail health. The bottle is an odd square shape with a round top. It's a larger sized bottle and not quite convenient to throw in your bag for on the go. The bottle comes with 75 tablets. The container is easy to open and well sealed. The pills are on the larger size but they are easy to swallow, atleast for me. I know some people have a problem with larger pills so these would not be ideal for them. I like that It says fewer pills better results on the bottle but you still need to take 3 daily so that's quite alot. There was no noticeable weird taste or smell to the pills. I also didn't notice any weird side effects. I believe my Nails feel stronger after using but it's hard to know for sure.. Only time and using this product daily will truly allow you to notice any benefits.
