[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let’s start with my biggest frustration with almost every pill I take: I am SO SICK of product that say the serving size is THREE PILLS. Who wants to do that?! Can we please normalize making the full dose fit into ONE pill? Come on. I know you can do it. I’ll gladly pay more! I’m on a long trip & can barely fit all my meds in! However: this pill does not taste bad, crumble, or cause any negative side effects. In fact, I think I noticed a slight improvement in my skin! (I regularly receive medispa treatments, have an enormous-step daily & nightly regimen with Medicube wand & Omnilux mask included… so I’m doing pretty well for my age, so it’s not fair to expect miraculous changes BUT for me to notice a difference at all is honestly huge) I jammed my ring finger into a door 7 months ago, & there has been a dip at the edge of my fingernail ever since - no matter how much I fortify or buff, it always misshapes to that (an improvement from unceasingly trying to splinter into a vertical crack for the first 2-3 months)… I wish I could say this helped, because that would be a 10-star review 😂 But nope! No changes. Not in hair, either (again, I take good care there with no heat or products except nourishing ones), but again I don’t expect miracles. I saw that version was supposed to help with cellulite? I WISH lol! Including versisol for better absorption (smaller particle size) was a COOL move. Maybe I’ve I’d had more than a 30-day trial sample, I’d have noticed more with the hair/nails? Perhaps I’ll buy the large version & see! IF they come out with a serving size that fits into ONE pill lol! ;)

My hair and nails feel stronger, and I have noticed less shedding. I will definitely get more when I'm out! I'm happy it's a pill not a drink!

I take mine with food so it absorbs better. The tablets are pretty large but they're scored so you can break it in half if you need to. Hoping to see consistent changes in my skin soon!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the Youtheory Collagen tablets very easy to take. They are convenient and less messy than collagen powder. They are a little powdery, but I appreciate the fact that there is no aftertaste. After taking these a few weeks, I found that my nails seemed a bit stronger. I will continue to take them and look forward to more benefits.

You can take them all at once or spread through the day but it's still fairly large solid pills. There's no smell to it but there's a powdery feeling.

They're easy to swallow my nails became thicker and stronger than they ever have been. I noticed my skin more in my face being more supple and moisturize like. My hair seem to grow a little bit faster than normal while using these the pills are a little bit large, but they are easy to go down and they have no bad aftertaste
