The tablet is not huge, easy to consume. It doesn’t smell and doesn’t taste bad. I slept well at night and it didn’t give me any side effects. So i will keep on using and can’t wait to see my skin and hair transform for the better

You can take all at once or throughout the day. Instructions are easy to use. I have to finish the whole container to follow up on if I feel a noticeable difference. They are kinda large pills and chalky but not much taste when swallowed with water or a flavored beverage.

I got for now collagen from youtheory and my wife was taking it a week , I have tried it too and let me tell you it has a great quality . I and my wife enjoyed that it was easy to digest and texture is great , me and my wife both enjoyed also that it was easy to swallow as tablets are great size . My wife was drinking it in the morning with breakfast, I perfered to drink before bedtime and me and my wife both loved the result , as skin and hair is healthy and we felt great . Taste is great too not strong taste , which I personally like it. Overall, pretty good and giving a grear recommendation from me and my family.

The supplements do not have a strong odor like many others which I definitely like and appreciate . They are about dime size and go down smoothly for me. I have notable improvements in my nails which broke and split often prior to taking this supplement. I first off I noticed how large the pills are, they are huge! You take 3 for a serving, so beware if you are sensitive to large pills.
