Love the ides of stronger nails and tighter skin- I anticipate seeing benefits in my hair and well. Only been using for a few days but I’m very hopeful of good results!

Taking it 3 times a day was a bit challenging for me because I kept skipping it sometimes! Otherwise I definitely recommend this product !

I am not sure that it is doing anything for me yet but I will continue trying the product and report back if I see noticeable changes.

I can say that my body does feel better in the mornings when I wake up, not as much aches and pains. They don’t taste the best though, but most pills don’t. I’m excited to keep trying these and get more of the benefits.

The only issue I had was that a few of the pills were broken. I prefer these to gel filled pills and it barely had a taste which is great !

My skin has looked more refreshed since I started taking this, and I haven’t had any negative side effects. The bottle is cute and easy to keep out on my counter, and I like that the capsules are easy to swallow. 4 stars instead of 5 just because I wish the daily dose was just 1 capsule instead of 3. The pills are easy to swallow. I take them on an empty stomach and don’t have any issues. I’m happy to be adding these to my daily supplements.
