After a few days of use, I noticed my skin looked healthier and with a better texture. I also experienced no discomfort or side effects. I had a very positive experience and plan to keep using.

So far I feel like my skin seems a little plumper and clearer but that might just be in my head. My hair also has a nice shine to it lately as well. I do think I'll have to keep taking it to notice a difference, but they're an easy addition to the vitamin routine.

I did feel like it was immediately taking affect because other ones take a long time so that's a plus. The only thing I would say is that contrary to the one that I actually consider favorite, with YouTherapy, you have to take three pills at a time versus the other one is just two at a time. Additionally, the other one is in a capsule that's tasteless but this one has a powdery taste, which I don't mind but I don't love. So I'm sure if people are sensitive they won't love tasting it and having to try to consume three of them.

I've never heard of the brand, but wanted to try these out since I have experienced a lot of hair loss in the last 5yrs (esp. after I had gotten co-vid the first time.) I also have always had al hard time with my nails being extremely thin and fragile. Especially when I am working doing house painting & home remodeling. It tears my nails up. But as you can see, my nails look pretty good right now! I don't know whether it's the fact that I have incorporated hardasnails into my nail care or if it has anything to do with these vitamins (maybe a lil bit of both?) My complexion hasn't been too bad either lately, I usually have dry patchies in my eyebrows and around my mouth the last couple years and I haven't had any dry patchies anywhere except the sides of my nose so that's cool. The packaging claims that it's concentrated, so you can take less. But having to take 3 of these big pressed tablets does not feel like that to me. Thankfully they do not have a taste or aftertaste. They are easy to swallow and don't get stuck on the back of your tongue or anything. (I don't have any pill-swallowing issues either though.) I usually prefer a liquid capsule form when I take things like this. But I will continue taking these. Hoping for the best!

This is great for daily use and honestly easy to take compared to others. What I do wish is that someone would figure out how to get it all in one pill. 3 pills a day still is a lot but if it's what I gotta do to get my collagen in then this is the one I will continue to go with.
