[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The recommended dosage is 3 tablets. They are on the bigger side. Here they are next to my vitamin d and lexapro. They don’t really have a taste at all. Not sure if I’ve actually noticed a difference in anything since taking them.

I cannot say I have seen any improvement with this product as I have been using for about 30 days. My nails are in good shape and continue to remain that way. The hair has some breakage due to coloring and I can’t imagine that this will improve that with my hair routine. My skin looks and feels about the same. This product is not bad, I am just hoping with continued use I will see some more prominent results.

It says fewer pills but you in fact have to take 3 which is ridiculous because they are huge & abnormal shaped & sticky. Hard to swallow even with several sips of water. I wouldn't recommend.
