Seeing any real effect/change might be debatable. I did like that the ingredients were clean and safe. The size wasn't my favorite but they didn't have much of a smell or taste. Probably won't use them again.

I have a hard time swallowing larger pills and while these were thin they still felt large swallowing. There were a few broken ones in the bottle and the packaging was very deceiving as to how much was inside. The bottle was not even half full.

It has convenient packaging and is simple to take with just water. The label says fewer tablets, but the dose is still three tablets a day. Other than that, I'm satisfied.

These on the other hand were easy to fit into my routine alongside other supplements I take nightly. They are LARGE pills, which I'm totally fine with, but just a heads up if you have trouble swallowing pills. Definitely interested in continuing taking these for at least a few more months to get a better sense of the effect on my skin, hair and nails especially for the great price these are.

I love that this is a concentrated formula , known to improve my skins elasticity and collagen. The pills are flavorless which make it easy to take. I do wish that they were on the smaller side, so that swallowing would be easier however since focus is on the benefit that's the key win !!

More importantly, they don't upset my sensitive stomach even when I take them without food. There is no unpleasant aftertaste, which makes it easy to take these everyday. While I haven't seen a noticeable improvement in my hair, my nails appear to be growing out smoother and healthier.

I was excited to see that the bottle included 75 pills, so I could try them out for over two months. Only to find out that the dosage was three LARGE pills daily - so not even a months dosage in a bottle.

Noticed no stomach upset. Have only been taking a little over a week, so while I haven't seen major changes I will be sticking with it!
