They don’t have a weird smell or taste which is good. They don’t taste chalky or bitter. They are large so you have to take them one by one. I haven’t noticed any real difference in my skin or nails since taking them but it’s only been about 2 weeks. I don’t have any negative effects so that’s good. The bottle is very big and cube shaped so it does take up a bit of space when storing it.
