It combines collagen, biotin, vitamin C and protein, a good mix that supports with minimizing wrinkles and improving skin elasticity. Serving is 3 pills per day, so one container lasts 25 days. I would definitely recommend!

How could you not want to take something that minimizes your wrinkles and improves your skin's elasticity. You just have to take three tablets a day. How easy is that! It promotes sleep and claims to provide good texture skins and also provide hydrated skin. It promotes good nail health and prevents it from breaking. It’s said that it will take 2-3 months to see results. I will be taking this for 1-2 months and see the results . So far there is no side affects or any negative effects so far

This is a thing that takes time and consistent use. What I can tell you is that I've had no negative effects. Tablets have a tendency to make me feel extremely nauseous after I take them, and these youtheory collagen with verisol tablets do not have that effect on my system. It is recommended to take 3 tablets a day and they are a little large- see photo. Luckily, that has not been an issue, but a detail to keep in mind if you have difficulty swallowing pills. There is no flavor or aftertaste, thank goodness. I've been reading a lot about collagen recently and I know that as I've aged, my skin's elasticity has greatly diminished. I'm planning to keep taking this product and I hope for great results!! Try it with me!!

I would love the see the dosage of 3x per day be more concentrated and possibly even in a capsule form. The pill was fairly easy to swallow and dissolved quickly. I’m beginning to notice some improvements in my joints, esp first thing in the morning.

I will say the pills are a little large and chalky, but they went down pretty smooth. Definitely worth checking out

I like to take two to stretch out the product. Taking it everyday consistently and I feel a different in my hair and nail growth and the condition of my skin. I take these without or without food and sometimes with my collagen powder without any issues with mixing.
