[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised how easy it is to take Youtheory collagen! The tablet isn't too large and is easy to swallow. More importantly, they don't upset my sensitive stomach even when I take them without food. There is no unpleasant aftertaste, which makes it easy to take these everyday. While I haven't seen a noticeable improvement in my hair, my nails appear to be growing out smoother and healthier.

I don't believe the time frame that I had to review this product was long enough to determine if it made a difference anywhere else. Although, I will continue to use this product and see if I notice any other changes. The only complaints that I have are is how big the tablets are and the bottle that they come in is a little awkward for me.

I have noticeably stronger nails, thicker hair, and my skin is tighter than ever before. The container itself, makes for such easy storage, and serves as a contestant reminder to keep this habit up. Which means, they are less noticeable, not deep and warmer. The pills are somewhat large and do not love taking 3 at a time but they don't have a bad aftertaste. Unfortunately they are horse pills! I was shocked when I opened the bottle to see how huge they are and you need to take 3 a day. That is definitely going ti be a challenge.
