I especially like that it contains Verisol collagen peptides, which was one of the main reasons I chose it. Collagen and verisol have been widely studied for their ability to reduce wrinkles, improve elasticity, and reduce nail brittleness and chipping. As with all supplements you have to take them for one to two months typically before you start seeing noticeable improvement. My only complaint is the packaging and pill size. Youtheory needs to add the cotton padding to keep the pills from breaking in half. Also the pill size is on the bigger size and the recommended dosing is 3 pills per day which is on the higher end. Still, I think the product is high quality and worth it.
