At only 11 weeks postpartum I have been very self conscious of my body and my stretch marks, but this product has been so helpful at improving body image. They must absorb quickly because my nail are stronger and growing quickly.I don't notice any odor to these which is great for me and I have noticed any taste either. Absolutely worth every penny.

The pill is quite large but there is no unpleasant taste or smell. Directions say to take 3x a day or 3 pills all at once which is a lot of pills.. I’m starting a new skincare routine as well so in combination I have seen some improvement!

These seemed to help with hair and nail growth. My nails have been growing faster and they seem stronger. The pills were kind of hard to take, given to how big they are and needing to take 3 a day. They were packaged very nicely. I would recommend to those of my family and friends who can manage to swallow this big of a pill.

They’re a little larger, so if you have issues swallowing pills, these may be hard to get down. Overall, I like them so far!

I’ve been having a little extra hair shedding over the last 3 months and started taking these and have already seem a reduction in my hair shedding. The pills are easy to swallow but do have a chalky coating. I’m taking 3 a day for the full effect!
