As of now I am looking forward to seeing the final results of the full suite. The dosage is 3 pills which can sometimes be a little daunting to consume. The pills stew also a bit on the large side so I would definitely recommend drinking something with it. Overall the flavor and odor is almost non existent, this makes it much more palatable to take. Overall this seems like a great way to get a collagen supplement

They must absorb quickly because my nail are stronger and growing quickly.I don't notice any odor to these which is great for me and I have noticed any taste either. Absolutely worth every penny.

It combines collagen, biotin, vitamin C and protein, a good mix that supports with minimizing wrinkles and improving skin elasticity. Serving is 3 pills per day, so one container lasts 25 days. I would definitely recommend!

Three capsules is easy peasy to swallow, and it doesn’t taste horrible , With enough servings for almost month.( which it’s basically a month for me because I will forget a few days.) too early to tell a difference, but I have hope.

The pill is quite large but there is no unpleasant taste or smell. Directions say to take 3x a day or 3 pills all at once which is a lot of pills.. Ore difficult to take than capsules. I have been taking them for several weeks and have seen no noticeable difference. I am in my late 30s and have seen far more improvement using a high quality moisturizer and retinol. I really wanted to love these, but I just didn’t see any visible change in my fine lines.
