But these are just as large as other collagen tablets and you have to take 3 for a dose. The tablets themselves taste okay. One bottle only has a 25 day supply and it should at least be 30 for a month.

Consistency is key with collegen so taking them daily is a must. They are a little dry and stick so make sure you really coat your mouth and throat with water when taking. No after taste which is a plus!

The daily dose requires taking 3 tabs either all at once or throuhout the day. They are chalky and good size which made me have to take them one at a time. The only con I have is the size of the dosing amount. It’s too early to tell if this product’s effects live up to its claim.
